My skin usually breaks out when I use cushion foundations, but this one doesn't cause any blemishes. It's capable of evening out my complexion and doesn't break down easily. While it may not excel at concealing pores or providing full coverage, we should consider that this is due to its gentle, skin-friendly ingredients. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 2, 2023
Somewhere between shade 13 and 21... I've been using this brand's Revival Balm and it made my skin look darker, so I decided to try their cushion foundation. However, it's a bit dark for my fair skin. The shade is labeled as 21, but I guess I'll have to use it for contouring instead. It tends to break down over time, so you need to reapply. The DMS Corte Revival Balm would last all day when applied in the morning, with no need for touch-ups. I suppose there are pros and cons to each product. When applied over a properly prepped base, it gives your face a beautiful glow. - zx*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 6, 2021
I love how it makes my skin feel incredibly hydrated and gives it a bright, luminous appearance. It's easy to touch up my makeup, and the moisturizing effect prevents any patchiness, making it very convenient to use. I find myself reaching for it quite often! The coverage is on the lighter side. The absorption seems to be a bit slow! - yu******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 3, 2021
I bought this cushion after seeing it trending on Instagram and hearing great things about its coverage and adherence. I must say, the cushion feels wonderfully moisturizing and it really adheres well to the skin. However, I found the coverage to be a bit lacking for my needs. Also, I chose the lightest shade available, but it still seemed a bit dark for my complexion, which was disappointing. - ak*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 4, 2020
Corte is a brand you'd typically see at dermatology clinics. The packaging was quite decent. Unfortunately, for someone like me with a lot of blemishes, the coverage wasn't great. It tended to look patchy and didn't sit well on my skin. I ended up giving it to my mom because I didn't like it much. Sorry, mom! - ki*******Combination SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 2, 2020
Since Kyun Mi-ri, I couldn't settle on a cushion, but finally, I've found my holy grail! During pregnancy, my cheekbones were especially rough, and every cushion I tried would separate. This one doesn't. It's not overly dewy, just perfectly moisturizing, and makes my skin texture look amazing. I usually use shade 21, and this doesn't look too pale - it's just the right natural brightness. The coverage is pretty good too! Highly recommend! The price is wicked... It makes me want to use it sparingly. For an extra glow, try rubbing a drop of oil between your palms and pat it into your skin before applying the cushion. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2019
It feels like you're not wearing anything, but there's definitely something different about your skin! I'd say your face looks healthier after application. It's not a greasy shine, but rather a healthy glow that radiates from your complexion. There wasn't anything I was disappointed with. Overall, I was quite satisfied. I spray some mist on the compact before using it. It seems to intensify the hydrating effect on the skin even more. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 8, 2019
It provides coverage while applying naturally, and I feel like it might even help reduce blemishes The inconvenience of having to reapply after some time and the hefty price tag are drawbacks - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 29, 2019
I have oily skin prone to blemishes and often get small bumps. My skin is also dehydrated. I'm currently undergoing treatment at a dermatologist. They recommended Corte, which I'm using now. It seems to control sebum well - there's no shine. It absorbs quickly without sitting on the skin. The coverage is average, not as impressive as I'd heard. Though I admit my redness is quite severe. For shade 21, it's on the lighter side - more like a 17. It's not unpleasant to look at, just keep that in mind. For reference, I usually use Hera Black Cushion in shade 21. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 17, 2018
Even though there's only one shade, it suits Asian skin tones well, so most people can use it without feeling out of place. The best part is that it doesn't dry out your skin! I used to feel like my skin was dying of dryness by the afternoon after applying makeup, but with this, there's no dryness at all and my complexion is full of glow. I'm on my umpteenth bottle now... It's truly the cream of the crop! Well, I can't say there's anything particularly disappointing about it. I'm just too satisfied with this product!
