I've been using this product for a month, and I've definitely noticed a reduction in my blemishes. After finishing it, I tried the green version, but in my opinion, it wasn't as good as the red one. So, I switched back to the red one and have been using it happily ever since. When I first used it, it felt a bit sticky, but now I don't really notice that anymore. I use these pads after lunch to wipe away the day's impurities that have built up on my skin, and then I use my regular cleansing products before bed. - ha**********Oily SkinJul 7, 2025
There's absolutely nothing good about this. Seriously, not a single redeeming quality. What even is this? My face felt like it was on fire, and I broke out in pus-filled blemishes. It was as if my skin had been burned and completely turned inside out. I usually have thick skin and rarely get pus-filled blemishes, maybe once every 5 years. But after using this just once, I ended up with 8 of them! It feels like it gives my skin an extra cleanse after washing, removing any lingering makeup. I love that you can use both sides of the pad. It's really great for acne-prone, oily skin during summer. Despite being a pad, it's gentle enough not to irritate while effectively smoothing skin texture and controlling excess sebum. I can't really find any specific issues, but if I had to pick something, it might be the price. 
dk*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 24, 2025☺️피부타입 - 수부지, 티존 턱 유분 많음 - 뾰루지 가끔 - 강철피부 ✅구매동기 -제 피부는 볼 쪽은 건성이지만 이마, 코, 턱은 피지와 각질이 많은 편이라 주기적으로 각질제거를 해주지 않으면 뾰루지가 올라오는데요. 한동안 코스알엑스 패드를 안 썼더니 나비존 요철, 트러블이 자주 올라오더라고요ㅠ 역시 돌고 돌아... 패드는 코스알엑스 ✅패드 재질, 크기 - 한쪽은 엠보싱, 한쪽은 매끈한 면이어서 그날그날 피부 상태에 따라서 다르게 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요! 크기는 닦토 하기 딱 좋은 적당한 크기여서 스킨케어 초반에 피부결 정돈하기 좋았습니다! ✅각질제거, 피지정돈 - 저는 보통 엠보싱 처리가 되어있는 면으로 코랑 턱 부분을 문질러 주는데 그럼 정말 개운합니다... 피지들이 몽땅 닦이는 느낌! 이렇게 데일리로 관리해 주면 코 각질 들뜸, 턱 뾰루지, 요철 확실히 줄어들고 안 생겨요!ㅎ.ㅎ 저는 예민하지 않은 피부라 매일 사용해도 자극이 없지만 민감하신 분들은 일주일에 2-3번 정도 사용하시면 좋을 것 같아요! ✅에센스 양 - 솔직히 에센스가 엄~청 넉넉한 제품은 아닌 것 같아요. 패드 자체가 닦토용으로 나온 제품이다 보니 팩처럼 사용하는 패드보다는 에센스가 넉넉하지는 않습니다. 하지만 전 오히려 좋은 게 패드 문지르면서 에센스가 주르륵 흐르거나 떨어질 걱정이 없고 그렇다고 패드가 바싹 마를 정도로 에센스가 적은 것도 아니어서 딱! 적당하고 사용하기 좋다고 생각합니다! ✅패드 케이스, 집게 - 케이스는 단단한 플라스틱이고 캡으로 열고 닫는 형식이라 사용하기 편하고 좋았어요! 첫 개봉 시에는 실링지로 밀봉되어 있어서 안심되었고 용기 내부에 집게도 동봉되어 있어서 패드를 한 장씩 꺼내어 쓰기 좋고 위생적으로 사용하기에도 좋았습니다. ✅시원한 사이다향 - 제품 향기는 상쾌한 민트? 사이다? 같은 향이 나요ㅎ 향이 강하지 않고 은은하게 나서 저는 극호 입니다! 딱히 아쉬운 점은 없습니다! 단종시키지 말아주세요🥹 💡저녁 샤워후에 패드 한장으로 꼼꼼히 씻기 힘든 귀뒤, 귀 안쪽 부분 한번씩 닦아주면 아~주 개운하고 좋습니다. 은근 귀부분에도 유분끼나 피지들이 나와서 닦아내면 좋더라구요! - wl******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedJun 23, 2025
This is my first time trying this type of pad, and I'm amazed at how effectively it removes dead skin cells! It's so convenient for getting rid of excess sebum. If you rub too hard, it can hurt. Use gentle pressure when applying.

It smooths out my skin texture beautifully and is fantastic for calming any heat or redness! I think it's quite affordable considering how well it performs. Those with sensitive skin might find it a bit harsh, unfortunately. If you have sensitive skin, try using this when dealing with blemishes!
