The scent is refreshingly cool with an exotic, niche perfume vibe. It definitely has its enthusiasts. The wickedly high price is the biggest issue. While it's marketed as unisex, to me it's just a men's fragrance. Fragrance preferences are subjective, so it's worth sampling before committing to a full-size bottle. - 87*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinAug 28, 2022
A powerful masculine fragrance... While I'm not particularly fond of categorizing scents by gender, it would certainly be challenging for a woman to pull this off. Yet, it might look quite impressive. The scent evokes the image of a man with chiseled features, wearing a leather rider jacket, enjoying a motorcycle ride. At first whiff, it might remind you of a typical men's skincare product scent. However, personal preferences vary greatly... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 17, 2020
First off, I only have a sample, not the full-size product. Personally, I usually can't stand men's fragrances, but Creed's Green Irish Tweed definitely feels different. When I smell it, the greenery notes really suit my taste, and the longevity is impressive. The sillage is also quite good. The price is absolutely wicked. Plus, there's Davidoff Cool Water, often called a clone of Green Irish Tweed (even created by the same perfumer), which boasts a much more affordable price. In terms of value for money, Green Irish Tweed is completely outmatched. If the price is a concern, you might find it better for your mental health to decant Davidoff Cool Water into a travel atomizer and spray it liberally instead. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2020
Personally, I consider this the ultimate men's fragrance for spring and fall. Right after spraying, there's a slightly strong alcohol scent, but it quickly dissipates into a fresh, subtle grassy aroma. When wearing men's fragrances, I often hear the shocking comment that it smells like 'old man's aftershave,' but with this perfume, I've received many compliments on its subtle and pleasant scent instead. Due to its high price point, it might not be suitable for casual, everyday use. This fragrance pairs exceptionally well with coats during spring and autumn. The lingering scent of fresh grass might be polarizing, so a good tip would be to sample it in person before making a purchase decision.
