특별하게 엄청 좋다거나 나쁘다거나 할 것 없이 무난무난하게 사용하기 좋아요. 약산성 제품 찾으시는 분들이라면 한 번쯤 써도 좋을 것 같아요. 제형은 완전 물제형이고 보습도 엄청 잘 되는 편은 아니지만 바로 앰플이나 세럼 바르면 될 것 같고... 저는 미스트 공병에 넣어서 10번씩 분사해줬어요! 그래서 건조함은 안느껴졌고 반쯤 쓰다가 남자친구가 마음에 든다고 들고갔어요... 무난하게 쓰기 좋습니당. 미스트 공병에 담아서 얼굴에 뿌리고 샤워 후에 바디로션 대신 상체에만 뿌려줬어요! - q7*****Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessMay 25, 2025

I always use Cell Fusion C products, and this toner is my favorite among their lineup. Despite having super sensitive skin, it causes no irritation and has a gentle pH of 4.5. What I love even more is that it's not sticky at all and feels like pure, clean water. I highly recommend it for those with sensitive and dry skin. My sister, who has oily skin, tried it and loves it too. I especially make sure to grab the 1+1 deal whenever it's on sale! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I was looking for a cost-effective exfoliating toner and bought this one due to its great discount. I purchased it without any prior information, focusing on finding something decent... but I was surprised by how incredibly hydrating and gentle it is. I have dry skin, so I usually layer 4-6 times with two different toners. However, this toner alone provides more than enough moisture. After applying this toner, I just need to follow up with a good cream, and my base makeup goes on smoothly. My skin feels comfortable all day long. I can't really think of any downsides. ✓ Being a water-based toner, it's great for exfoliating! ✓ It effectively removes any leftover makeup residue ✓ When used as an exfoliating toner, it gently removes dead skin cells and sebum without irritation! ✓ It's suitable for both dry and oily skin types! I have extremely oily skin, and it works so well for me that it's become a staple in my routine The only slight drawback is that being a water-based toner, it doesn't provide much hydration. But this isn't even an issue since you can easily supplement with other products!

The entire line feels gentle, and I've been using this toner without any issues. I love that it's nearly fragrance-free and colorless. The texture is very watery, making it perfect for toner masks or as an exfoliating toner. If you use it for skin packs, you'll probably go through it quite quickly. While there aren't any major drawbacks, it's also hard to find any outstanding benefits or effects. I was searching for a low pH toner and decided to order this one, trusting the CellFusion C brand. I've had great experiences with CellFusion C cosmetics before, so I bought this toner with high hopes! It has a gentle and comfortable application. This mask is great for quickly calming the skin. It's perfect for a soothing mask routine. I didn't really find any downsides. If I had to pick something, I guess I'm not sure about its benefits other than skin soothing.
