It has a light texture that's great for summer use. The absorption seems faster than the blue container version. Maybe it's just my imagination, but personally, I find this scent more feminine and floral. I used the blue one well in summer and switched to this for winter. The fragrance is so lovely when applying. It's a scent I've experienced somewhere before. It has the same drawbacks as the blue container version. The disappointing part is that the scent doesn't last long. I tried mixing it with an unscented oil, but it still didn't last. Also, since it's a perfume body emulsion, it doesn't retain moisture for long. If your goal is hydration, you might be better off using something else. This alone isn't enough for maintaining moisture.
