The price is incredibly affordable! If I remember correctly, I bought it for just 4000 won with a coupon. All the colors are surprisingly pretty, hehe. The pigmentation is really good too! The shades are a bit too dark and intense for everyday use. The packaging is quite flimsy... the lid fell off completely. - wj**********Normal SkinRecommendedJan 20, 2020
For the entire eyelid, using your fingers instead of a brush gives better color payoff! You can use a brush for the aegyo-sal (under-eye area) or areas where you need more precision. The black and brown shades at the end are great as eyeliners, while the slightly shimmery white shade works well as a highlighter! This eyeshadow palette seems perfect for makeup enthusiasts or those learning beauty techniques. If you use shade 21 foundation and have double eyelids like me, try applying the 4th shade around your eyelid and the 7th shade along your crease for a pretty look (this combo suggestion is for those who struggle with eyeshadow combinations). The longevity of these eyeshadows isn't particularly impressive. Applying a no-sebum powder around the eyes before makeup helps somewhat with lasting power. I was disappointed that using a brush doesn't seem to give the full color payoff. For me, this palette is challenging because I find it difficult to combine the colors effectively. It's also slightly disappointing that the shades don't look as beautiful on the eyes as they do in the palette. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJan 4, 2020
Value for money: ★★★★★ At around 8,000 won, but I found it online for 4,000 won - it's really cheap and great! Excess powder: ★★★★☆ There was some powder fallout, but it wasn't particularly noticeable or bothersome. Pigmentation: ★★★★☆ The color payoff was slightly better than Etude House's, but it wasn't overly pigmented. Color range: ★★★☆☆ (refer to photo) Shade 5 is a highlighter, 8 and 9 are meant for eyebrows but I use them for contouring. Shades 1-4 and 6 are shimmery eyeshadows, while 7 is matte. Having only one matte shade meant I had to buy another eyeshadow palette. The eyebrow shades were tricky to use, and the highlighter fades quickly. Longevity: ★★☆☆☆ I'm not sure if this is where the price difference shows, but the product fades away quickly. The color matching was a bit disappointing.
