I applied this whenever I had blemishes rather than just on blackhead areas, and it calmed them down overnight! I'm so impressed with how well it worked! This was truly a product I absolutely loved using, but I'm heartbroken that it's been discontinued... - ye******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 9, 2023
Whether it's a placebo or not, I really felt like my blackheads were shrinking. In terms of product quality alone, it's great! The price-to-volume ratio is truly unholy... Also, after applying, it feels a bit itchy? If you have sensitive skin, you might want to test it on your wrist or neck first before using it on your face. While I usually apply ointments from the pharmacy with a cotton swab, for this product, I recommend using your hands as even the amount absorbed by a cotton swab feels wasteful. As someone with large pores, I tend to apply it all over my face, but if you're only concerned about specific areas like the T-zone, it should last quite a while. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 17, 2023
After applying, you can visibly see blemishes calming down While it quickly reduces blemishes, it stings and hurts more compared to other products - sa****************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedFeb 12, 2023
Texture: It has a soft, creamy consistency that absorbs beautifully into the skin. Oil control: It does a decent job of managing excess oil on the skin. Scent: As someone who isn't fond of fragrances, I question whether it's necessary for this product to have a scent. I apply this after toner and before emulsion in my skincare routine. - iy****Combination SkinOct 9, 2022
While using this, I definitely felt like my skin was producing less sebum It seems too expensive for its performance. I probably won't repurchase it - le*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 29, 2022
I bought this because I heard it tackles blackheads, and wow, the results were amazing! There was a bit of irritation, and my skin felt slightly tingly, but that was the only downside. - si****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2022
While the Control Cream is said to be good for blackheads, I find it especially effective when I apply it to pimples. It helps them mature quickly without pain, which I love! I use it more for acne than blackheads. It's a bit disappointing that I didn't see much effect on blackheads. I wonder how others are seeing results? - fl***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2022
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I only use this twice or three times a week, but I've noticed a significant reduction in blackheads. It seems to have improved oil control as well. The scent doesn't quite agree with me, making it a bit challenging each time I apply it. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinFeb 26, 2022
It doesn't hurt as much as I expected. It's fine to apply except on wounded areas. There's no unpleasant smell, and I can feel my blemishes reducing. It seemed to work a bit at first, but there's no real difference now. Applying it doesn't make much of a change. I guess it's just a case-by-case thing. - am*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 23, 2022
Scent: Fragrance-free Texture: Standard cream Packaging: Small opening makes it easy to control the amount Moisturizing: Average, as it's meant for sebum control and blackhead removal Tingling: Yes, there's a slight prickling sensation. Those with sensitive skin should be cautious Oiliness: Present. Feels more like oil than cream after a while Absorption: Takes some time to absorb Application: Apply generously on whiteheads and nose area Effectiveness: Been using one tube for 6 months now. Can't say much about blackhead removal, but it seems to prevent further issues. As for blemishes, that's another story... Calling all those with whiteheads or blemishes around the nose! I want to kick myself for applying this to my blemishes just because I heard it was good for whiteheads. While it only caused a slight tingling on my nose, it felt like popping candy on my blemishes - absolutely burning! The applied area turned red, and it still stung even after wiping it off. Thanks to this cream's rich texture, that blemish evolved into a hard, stubborn one. Some reviews suggest it works for others, but I'm sharing my experience to prevent similar mishaps... ^^ Test it out before buying... For blackheads, oil massage works like a charm. For blemishes, the best routine is daily cleansing followed by toner/serum/moisturizer and then applying a patch.
