When I rinse it with water, it feels squeaky clean, so I expected my hair to feel dry and stiff after drying. It's fragrance-free with clean ingredients, so I think it's perfect for pregnant women too. Regular shampoo is easy since you just pump it, but this is a bar soap, so you need to work up a lather first. That extra step feels a bit inconvenient. When I go swimming, I pop it in a mesh soap pouch and it dries perfectly for easy use. It's so convenient having one product that works for your whole body! If you have extremely dry skin, I'd skip this one. It might leave your skin feeling parched. That said, applying an emulsion right after solves the problem! You can create a nice lather by using it with your hands, but it works even better when you place it in a mesh soap pouch and use it to create a rich foam for your body and hair. The cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong, so it struggles to remove heavy makeup, and you really need to use it only as a second cleanse. Plus, the soap itself is quite soft and dissolves easily, so if you place it on a soap dish with poor drainage, it'll fall apart quickly. That's frustrating because you have to be careful about how you store it.
