I can't speak to its anti-hair loss claims, but this shampoo definitely seems to give your hair some nice volume. When I wash my hair with this, it takes forever to dry. But the real issue is that it's causing breakouts along my hairline and body - I've never had a shampoo do that before! - kh*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 2, 2025
My hair was falling out so much it was clogging the drain every time I washed it. So we tried Aromatica, TS, Labo-H, Klorane, and Dr. For Hair as a family. My mom, who has incredibly thick hair, picked Labo-H for its rich lather and how it made her hair softer! My dad and I chose... drumroll please... Dr. For Hair Folligen Shampoo! The amount of hair loss visibly decreased!! I'm so moved! TS and Dr. For Hair have similar textures and feel, but for me, checking the amount of fallen hair in the bathtub drain is most important. Wow, Dr. For Hair is love! It also lathers better than TS!! I immediately repurchased, finished a large bottle and a tube, and opened a small bottle! Amazingly, not a single blemish on my scalp or forehead!!! The scent isn't particularly pleasant, it's more like a clean, medicinal smell? It reminds me of a health center. I found out Dr. For Hair has a separate line with nice fragrances><!! Anyway, it's like a sterile, clean scent, not soapy, more like the smell of something new or plastic~ A nice-smelling conditioner is a must><!! The shampoo doesn't have a great scent, and this distinctive Dr. For Hair smell even lingers for a while?!? - ki**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 25, 2025
After using it, my hair felt smoother and my scalp felt less dry. It doesn't lather as much as I expected, and the texture is a bit slippery and thick. - gp***Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2025
This is the shampoo that received the best reviews when I gifted it to others. While there's a larger size available, I prefer smaller bottles as I live alone and like to try different products. What's great is that this brand offers various options, so I can switch between them. It has just the right amount of lather and cleansing power, leaving your hair feeling clean without any residue. It's an all-around excellent product that's perfect for everyday use! The packaging is opaque and the pump is difficult to remove, making it hard to tell if you've used up all the product. For best results, don't apply the shampoo to dry hair. Instead, wet your hair first, then gently massage the shampoo into your scalp, working up a lather slowly with your hands. This method helps cleanse both your hair and scalp effectively. - ge****Normal SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2025
Leaves my scalp feeling squeaky clean and helps with hair loss. I'm really satisfied with the scalp care it provides. There's nothing bad to say. I'll definitely keep buying and using this product. - gi****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMar 10, 2025
It provides a nice cooling effect when applied. The scent is also quite pleasant. My hair tends to get greasy quickly after use. I didn't really notice any significant effects on hair loss either. - fc********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 9, 2024
Pros: This shampoo leaves your scalp feeling refreshed and clean, with a lightweight feel that's easy to use regularly. It contains ingredients that may help with hair loss prevention, so with consistent use, you might notice improvements in your scalp health. Cons: While it produces rich lather on first use, you might experience some dryness with continued use. You may need to add a moisturizing product suitable for your scalp and hair type. Pro tip: For optimal scalp health, don't just focus on cleansing. Try incorporating a scalp massage after shampooing for even better results. - dh********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 8, 2024
I switched to this shampoo because of scalp odor, and it has noticeably reduced the smell While it seems good for the scalp, it makes my color-treated hair too stiff, so using a conditioner is absolutely essential - ei******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 8, 2024
The lather is rich and it has excellent cleansing effectiveness. While the texture isn't particularly lightweight, it's still quite nice. Occasionally, I do experience some scalp blemishes. But aside from that, I really like it. - 03******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDec 7, 2024
The scent is pleasant and natural, making it comfortable to use As an anti-hair loss shampoo, I'm not sure about its effectiveness. I've been using it for a long time, but my hair still falls out easily
