I switched to this shampoo because of my itchy scalp, and it really helped alleviate the itching! It was also incredibly effective when I developed dandruff due to stress. When choosing a shampoo, I was hoping for one that wouldn't leave my hair feeling too stiff. Surprisingly, even without using conditioner, this shampoo leaves my hair feeling just right - not too stiff, but pleasantly soft. I highly recommend this for anyone dealing with an itchy scalp or those who only use conditioner occasionally. Hmm... if I really had to nitpick, I'd say the plastic pump makes dispensing a bit slow.

As a scalp-exfoliating shampoo, it was refreshingly cool without much itchiness. Unfortunately, I experienced blemishes along my hairline and the back of my neck, and noticed increased hair loss. After switching back to a regular shampoo, I definitely saw less shedding, so I stopped using this product.
