I love that it's affordable and I can take vitamin D and omega together. With other products, I'd get fishy burps or a weird taste in my mouth after taking them, which made me avoid omega supplements. But with this one, there's no aftertaste, which is great! I started taking omega supplements and discovered that rTG form is recommended, so I did some thorough research and found this product! First, about the pill size - I usually have trouble swallowing pills, and these seemed a bit large at first glance. However, they were surprisingly easy to swallow! While omega supplements tend to be similar in size and not particularly small, these felt especially smooth going down. As for the fishy smell - some omega supplements can have an unpleasant taste or odor that makes them difficult to take. With these, there's a slight hint, but it's not overpowering or nauseating at all. That's why I've been able to take them consistently for over a year now! Since my diet isn't the healthiest and I tend to eat a lot of greasy foods, I'm trying to at least be diligent about taking my supplements! Regarding the price - admittedly, rTG omega supplements do come with a higher price tag. Taking them daily does make it a bit of a financial burden, but I think it's worth investing in for the sake of my health. After trying various options, I found that this one works best for me, so I'm sticking with it! I've made it part of my routine to take them at night before bed.
