The liquid texture applies smoothly and absorbs well. I have very dry skin, but I think this would be great for all skin types, from dry to oily. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, and it didn't cause any blemishes. It's a solid, reliable product that's easy to use. As many of you may know, it's great to apply this with a toner on dry areas or mix it with other serums or creams and reapply whenever your skin feels dry. The ingredients are gentle on the skin. I bought this hydrating toner to use with other products from the same line. It's great for use as an absorption toner or skin pack, and it's also perfect for filling a mist bottle to spritz throughout the day. My skin feels moisturized, and I love that I can use it without any irritation on my super sensitive skin. It's disappointing that the volume is so small. What I loved! I appreciate the gentle ingredients, and I'm a fan of this hydrating toner. It's great for use as an essence pad or skin pack. A friend recently gifted me the Dr. Melacin Hydrating Toner, and I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle it is. It absorbs quickly without any stickiness, leaving my skin feeling wonderfully hydrated. That's why I decided to purchase it myself through the Hwahae app. What I love most about this toner is its water-like texture, which absorbs so well. After use, my skin has a subtle Inner Glow, and it feels like my skin's hydration has been perfectly replenished. I also have a special routine where I first apply a light layer of toner, then soak a cotton pad generously with it and place it on areas with blemishes as a mini mask. This method helps calm my skin and leaves it feeling incredibly soft. There weren't any particular downsides. However, for those who like to use it as a mask like I do, you'll go through the product quite quickly. It would be great if they offered it in a set. I tried the Dr. Melacin cream and it was amazing how it eliminated my extremely dry skin. So I decided to give their hydrating toner a shot too. After using it as a toner pack for a few days, my skin started to glow. When it comes to hydration, I don't think anything beats this. It's not sticky at all and leaves a fresh finish, making it easy to apply makeup afterwards. There's absolutely no irritation, so I use it daily, morning and night. I even put some in a travel bottle to use as a mist on-the-go. It's great for spritzing over makeup when your skin feels parched. There's nothing negative to say. Really, nothing at all. I'm completely satisfied. It's not a runny liquid type, but rather a toner with an essence-like texture full of hydration. While I usually layer a light toner three times, with this product, two layers or less is just right for me. Highly recommended for those with dry skin! The quantity is small compared to the price. That's why I only use it layered once with the Dokdo toner. Unfortunately, it's not very cost-effective. To be honest, I always thought it was hard to find hydration from a toner, so I've been applying it out of obligation before my creams or essences. But with this product, even with my dry skin, I felt moisturized from the toner alone! That's how incredibly hydrating it was. What stood out was how it didn't just sit on top of the skin - it felt like it was deeply nourishing from within, without any greasiness, leaving my skin in a perfectly balanced state. With proper hydration, I didn't feel any dryness at all. I can't believe I got this feeling from just applying toner...!! Also, does this product have brightening effects too?! I'm not sure if it's just my imagination or because my skin condition has improved, but even though it's summer, my complexion has become brighter, which I'm really satisfied with. Sometimes I do a toner mask in the evening, and the next day my makeup goes on so smoothly. I make sure to do this before important days. I think I'll continue using this product from now on. It's my holy grail toner! The only downside for me is that I prefer spray-type packaging. But since I can transfer it to an empty spray bottle, it's not really a drawback, haha!

The packaging is really disappointing for this product. Using it with the original container is very inconvenient and prone to leaking. I wish it came with a pointed cap for easier application.
