It's like tiny jelly... beads? You chew them one at a time. The outside is a bit chewy like gum, while the inside tastes like liquid fever reducer. As for the effectiveness... I'm not sure, but I'm just consistently taking one each day. I bought these at a great price and have been sharing them with family and friends. The taste is pretty good, and even the kids love them! There's nothing disappointing about this product.

The chewable type makes it easy to take. It has a jelly-like texture. The artificial flavor is a bit strong. I really enjoyed the subtle orange juice flavor and taste. It's simple and delicious to chew, which I found quite pleasant. I think it was more convenient than taking pills. The price seems a bit high compared to the product. I wish the cost could be adjusted slightly.

I got a great deal on this! You can really feel the energy boost when you take it. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. In my opinion, most vitamin supplements are pretty similar.
