Oh wow, I haven't tried this product on its own, but I've experienced it during a facial treatment where they combined it with a vitamin serum. It's a product that offers both brightening and firming effects. The texture is closer to a hydrating formula. I love that it has a pump cap with a separate lid - so convenient! Plus, you get a generous amount of product. There's a good amount of product, and I can't really think of any downsides. Hmm... is there anything? Nope, can't find any faults. Using this with the Vitamin C serum has really boosted my skin's hydration and brought life back to my once desert-like complexion! The price point is high, but it's absolutely worth every penny! It's moisturizing and absorbs quickly. I'm currently pregnant, so my skin condition isn't great. While I can't say I've noticed dramatic improvements, I plan to continue using it. I bought this along with the Éclat Du (Shining?) Serum, but that one contains some ingredients I'm not comfortable with. So I'm only using this product for now. I think using both products together would probably yield better results.

The best part is that it doesn't cause any pilling with makeup, and there's no suffocating feeling. The texture is delightfully moisturizing with just the right amount of richness. It absorbs beautifully, leaving a slight tackiness that I love! Plus, you get a generous 100ml of essence, which is more than many other brands offer. The price is quite steep. I bought this along with the Shining Serum, and it set me back about $200. Ouch! However, when you consider the money saved on esthetic treatments, it's definitely worth the investment. I recommend using both products together. Before application, prep your skin by gently wiping with toner on a cotton pad to refine your skin texture. After applying, finish with a cream before bed! It has a sticky texture but doesn't feel greasy or slide off. Instead, it gives a strong sensation of being thoroughly absorbed into the skin. While it has a sticky consistency, I'm not sure if it actually brightens the skin tone or provides excessive hydration. The main issue for me is the scent, which is quite unpleasant. I tend to prioritize how a product makes me feel after application, and I'm particular about texture and fragrance. This one has an odd smell - somewhat like a dirty rag or foot odor? This is my absolute favorite type of essence. It's rich and absorbs well into the skin, leaving it incredibly hydrated. When I apply it in the morning, I feel like the moisture lasts all day long. I can't imagine using anything else now. The only downside is the price. It's being sold for 132,000 won for 100ml on shopping sites. However, because it's not watery, a little goes a long way.
