First off, the price is quite reasonable. The tint gives a nice orange color without any pink undertones. When using the tint, it might leak a bit. As I mentioned before, the staying power isn't particularly long-lasting. - tl******Combination SkinApr 4, 2021
The color swatches are shown from top to bottom in the following order: Eglips Velvet Pin Tint series shades 6, 8, 9, and 10. The product I'm reviewing is the second shade. It's a muted orange tone, but honestly, it doesn't quite match the 'mandarin' name. The color is much closer to a coral-red than a true orange. The pigmentation applies smoothly and evenly. Application is a bit tricky. While it's a velvet formula, there are other products with tips that glide on smoothly. In comparison, this one is quite thick and clumpy, sticking to the applicator in chunks, which makes it uncomfortable to apply to the lips. When I want to create a gradient effect, there's so much product caked on the applicator that I end up having to use my fingers or a cotton swab to blend it out. It's also very drying, quickly emphasizing dead skin cells, and the staying power is weak. Eventually, I stopped reaching for it altogether. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 17, 2021
It has a matte and powdery finish, which isn't bad. The color was quite orange, and it left a fluorescent stain. The packaging is absolutely terrible! It leaks everywhere, and the rubber seal came off, making a mess in my coat pocket. It has an oily smell to start with, and over time it just feels like pure oil. I kept trying to use it, wiping and reapplying, wiping and reapplying - I must have done this over 10 times. I finally gave up and switched to something else. This product was really disappointing for me. The color is so refreshingly lovely! It's a perfect shade for lifting your mood or wearing in the summer. The texture is moisturizing, and the fragrance is pleasantly fresh without being overwhelming. Unfortunately, it feels quite oily. It's very slippery and doesn't adhere well to the skin at all. The application isn't smooth or even, and it tends to emphasize dead skin cells quite noticeably.

The adherence seemed a bit better... but not really outstanding? At least it's affordable. The fragrance is truly unpleasant, and the staying power is absolutely terrible.

There's absolutely no emphasis on dead skin cells, and even with my light undertone complexion, it's a well-balanced orange-red that suits me decently. I really wanted to love this product... I've never seen a lip tint that applies so matte yet has such poor staying power. It's astonishing how it completely disappears even after just drinking water. It vanishes so cleanly, it's as if I've done a full cleansing routine without realizing it. I used this for quite a while. When applying, it feels so velvety smooth - I really love that sensation! After application, it severely emphasizes dead skin cells, and the product leaks excessively. I loved how the velvety texture applied smoothly and left my skin feeling soft and powdery The intense orange color just didn't work for my complexion, unfortunately
