The lather is so much better than I expected – that's definitely a plus! The cleansing effectiveness is really disappointing because it doesn't remove makeup and impurities well enough, which is frustrating. This is perfect for a second cleanse. I used it after my cleansing oil, and it really does rinse away the oil effectively. The cleansing effectiveness isn't quite there for me. I feel like some dead skin cells and excess oil aren't getting fully removed. When I apply my toner, I can still see residue left behind.
