The formula is really great, with a pleasant rosemary scent and a slight cooling effect from menthol. Although it's on the pricier side, the 50g size isn't small, so it lasts quite a while. The stick format means no worries about leaks in your bag, and it's less hassle than roll-ons when you're in a hurry and don't have time to let it dry. It's not particularly effective at preventing sweat or controlling odor. This is more suitable if you're just looking for a healthier deodorant with better ingredients. Be aware that it can leave marks when you're taking off dark-colored clothes. This deodorant has a refreshing mint scent with a noticeable cooling effect. The granules sometimes scratched my skin when applying, causing minor injuries. Be careful when applying to your underarms. Also, when mixed with sweat, the scent becomes... well, a bit odd. It functions more like a cooling massage stick than a deodorant. In summer, applying it to the nape of your neck or inner arms feels refreshing, and the cool scent is invigorating. I bought this because it's said to be gentle enough for pregnant women to use. It's also mild enough to apply before bed and during the day, which I found convenient. However, not long after I started using it, perhaps due to the heat, the stick separated from the bottom part and got stuck to the cap... It was quite surprising! A few months later, it fell off again, so it's a bit inconvenient now that it's separated. Using it only in the morning doesn't show much effect... Applying it morning and night seems to have a slight effect. It doesn't work well when I exercise, though. It seems to be more suitable for everyday activities. Before using this product, I was using the Ni** brand deodorant. With that one, there was always residue on my clothes, but I love that I don't have to worry about that with this product. It also has a nice cooling effect after application! The downside is that while the Ni** deodorant left residue, its powder scent lasted a long time. With this product, I feel like the sweat odor comes through after a short while, which is disappointing.

While it might not suppress body odor as well as the Nivea I used before, I'm still using it for its refreshing scent and decent absorption. In summer, you might need to reapply after half a day. I was looking for products with good ingredients and tried some handmade ones, but they couldn't control body odor. The smell would mix with sweat over time... But this product applies smoothly and really keeps odors at bay! I haven't tested it through summer yet, but for now, I'm completely satisfied! The part where you twist the stick at the bottom is a bit stiff. Other than that, I'm satisfied!
