I chose this product because it doesn't contain any concerning ingredients or potential allergens. It's gentle on the skin and leaves a nice, moisturized feeling after shaving. The quantity was less than I expected, so I used it up quickly. When wet shaving, I also tried an electric razor, but a lot of product stuck to the blades. Thanks to the cica and aloe ingredients, it's gentle yet effective at exfoliating! It seems to help soothe the skin after shaving too. A pump bottle would be more convenient than the tube format. This shaving cream is fantastic! Here's how to use it: melt a bit in your hands, apply to the area you want to shave, wait about 3 minutes, then shave. It gives you a clean, smooth shave without any nicks or cuts. I can't think of any downsides, even if I try. It's slick and transparent, so you can see where you're shaving. Compared to foam, there's less burning sensation after shaving, which is great. It's not the consistency I expected. When first squeezed out, it feels a bit stiff and requires a lot of rubbing to spread. The transparent formula allows you to see where you've shaved, and it's gentle enough not to cause any irritation. I was also surprised at first, but this product produces very little lather. It might not be ideal for those who prefer a rich, foamy shaving experience.
