The color payoff, staining power, and application are all fantastic! Among all the Forencos Tattoo Clair Velvet Tints I own, this one leaves the most intense stain. Even after vigorously wiping with a wet wipe, it leaves a beautiful red tint! It's perfect as an accent color when blurred out. The color payoff is fantastic! I've repurchased this over 10 times and keep using it because nothing seems to compare to 4NKOZ. It's a bit drying and the color is more intense than I expected. I love that it's a matte lip that doesn't emphasize dead skin cells. It's a shade that fluctuates between cool and warm undertones, but the color saturation is a bit higher than expected. It gives off a spring light vibe. After it sets, it takes on a more pink hue. It's not an extremely warm lip color, which makes it quite versatile and easy to wear. With 4CE, I always feel like I'm running out of product quickly. On days when I want my lips to look intense, I apply a touch of the second shade and it's absolutely stunning!! The color payoff is insane Sometimes dead skin cells appear on my lips. Occasionally, there's some pilling, and personally, I'm not a fan of the scent Apply a generous amount of lip balm before the tint, then layer it 2-3 times - it won't budge at all! The staying power is incredibly strong and it leaves a deep stain. It applies with a rich, creamy texture. It seems to leave a pink stain. This shade is absolutely perfect for warm-toned skin! I've been unable to find anything that matches its staying power and color payoff, which is why I've already gone through more than 5 of these. I've used it so much, I've lost count of how many I've bought! Occasionally, when my lips aren't in the best condition, it can slightly settle into lines, but that's the only issue I've encountered. Shade 19? It looks gorgeous when applied over a mauve base with Tender on top!

Applies smoothly without emphasizing dead skin cells. The scent is so pleasant, you'll want to keep sniffing it. The design is clever too - flip it over and you might mistake it for a lipstick. It's fun to play with! Finishes with a nice, velvety feel. When it starts to fade, it turns slightly pink - but it's more of a neon pink which might not be everyone's cup of tea. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied.
