I've been using this product for so long that I can't even remember how many years it's been. Although the price has been gradually increasing over time, which is a bit of a bummer, this product stands out for its superior skin-soothing effects compared to other aloe products. It's a staple that I always recommend to people around me. There's absolutely nothing bad to say about it. It's comfortable and nice to apply regularly without drying out the skin. Personally, I didn't find that it maintained hydration for very long.

When my face was a mess due to blemishes, I applied a thick layer before bed. Waking up in the morning, I was amazed to see how much it had calmed my skin! It really worked wonders! Like most aloe soothing gels, it does have a slightly sticky feeling, I can't deny that. But overall, I was pretty satisfied with this product!

Well... it can get a bit sticky if you don't apply toner first or if you store it in a warm place. (It pairs perfectly with the Round Lab Dokdo Toner, by the way.) Also, if you have extremely dry skin, this alone might not provide enough hydration... On days when my skin is acting up, I layer toner (using the 7-skin method) and then apply this aloe vera gel. I apply this to my son's scalp morning and evening for his seborrheic dermatitis. Even when his scalp flares up and becomes red, it eventually calms down. After a doctor prescribed steroids and we experienced several side effects, I remembered another doctor mentioning aloe vera's benefits. That's when I started using this product. It's affordable and feels refreshing when applied. I have oily and sensitive skin, but this didn't cause any blemishes. Well, it's disappointing that there's nothing particularly good or bad about it. It has a cooling effect that reduces skin heat. It also seems to help calm down blemishes. It's a bit disappointing that it contains alcohol. To be honest, it wasn't a problem for me, but it makes me feel slightly uneasy.
