The boswellia ingredient is well-known, making this a great gift option. Older folks really appreciate it when you give it to them. I'm not sure if I can feel any noticeable effects. Is this really effective? Still, it's less concerning than calcium buildup. - la******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedNov 21, 2023
It's more affordable compared to other cartilage supplements, making it easier on the wallet. I gave it to my mother as a gift since it's been heavily advertised lately. She says she hasn't noticed any improvement in her pain after taking it. - oi****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 18, 2023
I bought this because despite my young age, I have genetically weak joints The fishy smell was so strong that it was difficult to take. Also, the boswellia content wasn't very high, so I stopped taking it and switched to a different product - do******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 7, 2023
I gave this as a gift to my parents and they really like it. It seems to be effective. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I'm planning to repurchase. - ch*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedNov 3, 2023
Boswellia: Grandma's must-have supplement! She's been religiously taking this for years now. The price is a bit of a concern... Even when ordering a 6-month or 12-month supply at once, it's not particularly cheap. - tm********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 31, 2023
I bought this product for my parents who are in their 50s. Although they're not experiencing any health issues yet, I got it as a preventive measure. Both of them mentioned that the creaking sensation in their joints has somewhat improved! I think it would be beneficial to take it consistently as a precautionary measure. The price... it's quite expensive. My mother mentioned there's a slight odor when taking it. I wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike the strong smell often associated with supplements. It might be off-putting for some. - jj*****Dry SkinRecommendedOct 29, 2023
My daughter bought this for me, and I can definitely see the results. It seems like something I should take consistently. The price is a bit steep. I think I'll look for a more affordable alternative next time. - xx******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 26, 2023
I bought this for my mom because she asked me to. It seems to be quite a well-known product. Nothing particularly bad about it. Maybe just the price? But then again, I guess all products like this are probably expensive... - yu******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 17, 2023
I bought this for my mother because I heard the boswellia ingredient is good for joints. She says it's really helping her. She used to have occasional knee pain and lower back stiffness, but she reports that it's helping to alleviate the discomfort. She definitely feels better than when she wasn't taking it. The main drawback is definitely the price... It's quite expensive... Unfortunately, health supplements need to be taken consistently, which makes it a bit of a financial burden. - lo*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 17, 2023
Duration of use: About a year and a half, taking it occasionally when I remember. My mom and I are taking it together, and she's been consistently using it for 2 years now. Effects: Mom says she's happy because her wrists and ankles seem to hurt less. I'm not sure about the effects for myself... I'm taking it with the belief that long-term use will be good for my joints. The smell is not great... It has an unpleasant odor that's hard to describe. I'm taking it with the mindset that it's good to start caring for my joints from a young age.
