I didn't experience any blemishes or sensitivity reactions. However, I'm not a fan of how it absorbs. Looks rich but doesn't feel oily at all. Plus, it's fragrance-free. For dry skin, it's a bit light for a cream. It's missing that 'oomph', you know? Haha.
