As someone with a slightly dry scalp who suffered from itchiness due to psoriasis, I'm thrilled to report that after using this product, the itching has completely disappeared! This review comes after using over 20 bottles of the product! However, I wouldn't recommend this for those with oily scalps. My husband has an oily scalp, and it quickly becomes greasy when he uses it, so we don't share this product. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJul 9, 2021
The scent is lovely and the packaging is beautiful. It lathers up nicely too. It feels a bit rich on the skin. The price is quite steep. I only use it before bed - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 15, 2020
I've been using this for a year now. I have very long, thick hair with lots of volume, and my scalp is neither dry nor oily. However, I feel like I genetically have a bit less hair on the crown, so I really cherish my hair volume. I used to use regular shampoo, but one day I started getting a lot of blemishes on my scalp, the back of my neck, and anywhere my hair touched my skin. I was also losing a lot of hair. So I threw out all the regular shampoos I had at home. I tried TS, which reduced the blemishes on my cheeks and forehead, but it didn't help with hair loss or scalp blemishes, so I tossed that too. But with this shampoo, my hair loss and blemishes have definitely decreased a lot. It also lathers really well - almost too well for the scalp, but in a good way. It doesn't make my hair grow more or anything like that. It does make my hair feel stiff, so conditioner and treatment are a must. But I've always done that anyway, so it doesn't bother me. Occasionally, I still get a pimple or two on the back of my neck or along my part. But it's better than when I used regular shampoo, so I've just kept using it for a year. Also, I used to be able to go 2-3 days without washing my hair and it wouldn't get greasy. Recently, though, it gets greasy faster. If I wash my hair at night and don't wash it in the morning, by the afternoon I can feel oil building up on my scalp and in my baby hairs. If I can't wash it at night and go into the second day, it gets super greasy. And no matter how much I wash my hair, there's still an odor on the crown... It feels like I haven't washed my hair even when I just did. So if I skip even one day of washing, I get this musty smell. I'm a woman... I never thought I'd have this kind of odor.... I'm using fragrant essences to compensate for the smell. Because of the greasiness and the hair odor, I'm actively looking for a new shampoo. Also, this one is too expensive. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 25, 2020
Not a single hair fell out... Oh, my dad used it and was disappointed. For this price, I'd rather buy something else. It doesn't reduce hair loss, it's expensive, and they say it's a waste of money... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2020
I've been using this product for over two years now. I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and have tried various products, but none seemed to improve the condition. While this product doesn't necessarily make it better, it prevents it from getting worse, which is why I continue to use it. I've also noticed less hair fall. The product was reformulated at some point, and I feel like the original version when it was first launched had a better overall feel to it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 10, 2020
My husband's hair has been noticeably thinning since he entered his late 40s. After a perm left his scalp feeling irritated, we decided to try Grafen, which had positive online reviews. Unlike other organic shampoos that he complained were ineffective, he's been consistently using Grafen. While we're using it without major complaints, I can't say there's any remarkable improvement. The only noticeable change is that his dandruff seems to have decreased somewhat. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2020
It lathers well even with a small amount, and leaves your hair soft and smooth after washing, not stiff. After using about half the bottle, I occasionally noticed blemish-like spots on my scalp. At first, I didn't think it was because of the shampoo, but they do appear on my scalp from time to time. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 2, 2020
I was happy to snag this during a buy-one-get-one-free deal, which made it quite affordable. After using this, my hair became incredibly thin, started falling out, and got tangled... I used to have thick hair, but it noticeably thinned out. I really wish I could turn back time. The second bottle from the BOGO deal went straight into the trash... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 13, 2020
I've been using hair wax daily, so I needed a shampoo with strong cleansing power. I bought this and have been using it for about a year now. Its excellent ability to remove wax and potential hair loss prevention effects are definite advantages. While I'm not entirely sure about the hair loss prevention, I feel like I've noticed fewer hairs falling out during the time I've been using it. Perhaps due to its powerful cleansing effectiveness, I noticed my hair felt quite stiff after use. Using a conditioner was absolutely necessary. After using this shampoo, I found that applying the Chakan Factory Milk Protein Treatment helped counteract the stiffness. - ji******Dry SkinAcne SkinDec 17, 2019
I'm struggling to find anything positive to say about this product. As someone who's always been interested in scalp care, I carefully research and choose my shampoos. I bought this one because of the great reviews on social media, but I'm disappointed. The shampoo is so watery it slips through my fingers when I try to use it, and it barely lathers. Despite the itchy scalp it gave me, I kept using it because it was a buy-one-get-one deal. I even asked my mom to try it, and she said it's the first shampoo to make her scalp itch in 50 years! Talk about a letdown!
