I bought Harutin Liposome Vitamin C because it's said to have higher absorption than regular vitamin C supplements. I've been consistently taking vitamin C, and this one is great for people like me with sensitive stomachs since it has high absorption and can be taken on an empty stomach. There's nothing really disappointing about it. The only thing is that it's a bit pricey. If only it were a little more affordable!

My previous one had both C and D, but this is just C... While that's a bit of a shame, it's more convenient than the powder I used to take, and being a pill, there's no sour taste. So I can take it even after brushing my teeth without worry! As I get older, I'm noticing the effects of supplements more, and I think I'll keep taking this product! There's a slight vitamin-y smell when you take it, but no aftertaste. Unlike the powder vitamin I used to take, which seemed to come out immediately in my urine (visually speaking...), this one doesn't do that. Maybe it's just my imagination, but I feel more energetic! - Purchased out of curiosity to experience the difference with a liposomal form of Vitamin C, known for its high absorption rate 1. Is it really necessary to force a liposomal form for an affordable Vitamin C product? 2. It might be a better choice to consume other Vitamin C products in larger quantities 3. The excessive packaging makes me feel guilty about environmental impact

I appreciate that they don't have a sour taste. The packaging feels a bit excessive. It's disappointing to see so much empty space in the container - they could have included more pills to fill it up.

I have a sensitive stomach, so taking vitamin C on an empty stomach usually causes a burning or tingling sensation. - High absorption rate Regular vitamins often pass through the body without being properly absorbed, leaving us vitamin deficient. However, liposomal vitamins are said to have a higher absorption rate, so I'm planning to take them consistently! I've noticed that, unlike other vitamins, these don't seem to just flush out in my urine. - Convenient packaging Instead of all the pills being in one bottle, they're individually wrapped, which is super convenient. While the packaging is convenient, as you can see in the photo, there's no pill in the middle... It would have been better if there were 9 pills per pack. Don't take on an empty stomach!
