Perfect for the first cleanse! Just remember to follow up with a foam cleanser afterwards. While its cleansing power might be on the gentler side, that's actually a plus. I first tried this at my dermatologist's office and loved it so much, I bought it right there! For those of us with super sensitive skin, just avoiding new blemishes is a win. So if you're a fellow sensitive skin sufferer, I highly recommend giving this a try! The price tag is a bit steep. I guess that's to be expected for a dermatological product, but it's not exactly budget-friendly. As someone with super sensitive skin, I find this cleanser to be a godsend. It's gentle enough not to irritate or cause redness, while still effectively removing makeup and impurities. The fact that it's dermatologist-recommended gives me extra peace of mind. Yes, it's pricier than drugstore options, but for those battling sensitive skin issues, it could be worth the investment for a cleaner, calmer complexion. - tt********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2025
I love how it cleanses gently and doesn't seem to cause any blemishes There's nothing really disappointing about the product itself, but it's a shame that it's only available through clinics, which limits accessibility - jo*****Combination SkinRecommendedApr 11, 2023
The fragrance is lovely, and even though I have dry skin, it doesn't leave me feeling parched. It seems to contain some oil-based ingredients, as there's a slippery sensation before the second cleanse. Surprisingly, this actually helps prevent dryness, which I appreciate. Despite being an emulsion, it's not thin and has more of a cream texture. As a result, it doesn't absorb as well as I'd like. I generally prefer a thinner consistency that allows for easier rolling application. I simply squeeze it onto damp hands, massage it in, rinse with water, and follow up with a foam cleanser for my second cleanse. This routine hasn't caused any blemishes or issues for me. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 29, 2022
I stumbled upon this cleanser in the washing area at my dermatologist's office when I went to remove my sunscreen. I used it without thinking much, and it was amazing - no tightness at all! I'm not sure if it's entirely due to this product, but my skin, especially my forehead, has become incredibly smooth. I'm thrilled! Next time, I'm definitely going for the 1L jumbo size, hehe! The price is truly steep... I paid around $38 for the 200ml size. What's worse is the accessibility - it's terrible. It's only sold in clinics, with no online distribution at all. You have to call the Haru Cell headquarters to find a dermatology clinic that carries it. I was lucky to find it at the clinic I happened to visit, but it would be quite inconvenient if your local clinics don't stock it. - zo******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 10, 2021
I really liked that it wasn't too oily. It gently massages into the skin during cleansing and effectively removes eye makeup. Plus, knowing it's free from 20 harmful ingredients made me feel like I'm using a conscientious product. It's a shame that it's only available at clinics. I wish it was sold online for easier access.
