My hair feels soft even without using conditioner. It also lathers up nicely. I'm not sure if it really works for hair loss. I'll need to use it consistently to see results. - j0****Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMay 21, 2023
It's only been 3 days, so I'm not entirely sure, but my hair feels a bit softer? I'm not certain about the cleansing effectiveness with just one wash, but using it twice seems to do the trick. The fragrance is even better than I expected! The price is a bit high for the amount you get, and it doesn't lather up much. Other than that, I haven't noticed any other drawbacks so far. - su********Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 2, 2023
The scent is pleasant and unique. With its neutral pH, it initially gave a moisturizing feeling. I'm curious to try other products from this line. The price is somewhat high, and its availability is limited. I believe it's sold exclusively through one retailer, which makes paying full price a bit daunting. The allergen content varies between shampoo types, but the Acacia version seems to be one of the gentler options. - tn********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 1, 2022
The fragrance is absolutely divine. It has a subtle yet rich lather that feels luxurious. The acacia scent gives a cool, refreshing sensation. It definitely doesn't feel cheap at all. It's simply the best. The price being so high is its major drawback. Other than that, it's quite good. I wish the fragrance would last a bit longer. It's great to buy during free shipping events that happen occasionally. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 31, 2022
This is the holy grail shampoo for both my mom and me. I started using it first and loved it so much that I gifted it to my mom. It's the only shampoo that's ever received her highest praise. My hair was a mess from coloring, and my mom's from perming, but after using the Hemak shampoo, our hair truly improved. When washing, it feels silky smooth, and it doesn't tangle, which means less breakage. While it's not dramatically stopping hair loss, it genuinely reduces shedding. My mom has a super sensitive scalp and can't use just any shampoo, but she's absolutely thrilled with this one and keeps asking me to buy it for her! She especially loves how it adds volume to her hair and leaves a pleasant scent without needing perfume. I prefer shampoos with good cleansing effectiveness and a nice fragrance due to scalp odor issues, and this shampoo fits the bill perfectly. Oh, and the cooling sensation on the scalp is fantastic too! Honestly, I've never used a shampoo that satisfies so many aspects at once. It's truly a life-changing shampoo! The fragrance is so lovely that I wish they made a treatment or essence with the same scent! The shampoo alone doesn't seem to have long-lasting fragrance. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 25, 2021
I'm not really sure about the good points... You might want to check out other reviews for more insights. Instead of improving my hair, this product seemed to make it dry, frizzy, and stiff. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 25, 2021
The formula is super lightweight and has a honey-like color. I have long hair that reaches just below my chest, and one or two pumps seem to be enough. It lathers up really well too. Just using the shampoo alone leaves my hair incredibly moisturized and soft. I don't think you'd need a separate treatment or conditioner! The scent is acacia, which is subtle and genuinely smells like acacia flowers, so I think most people will find it pleasant. However, the fragrance disappears after rinsing... oh well. Still, I think it's just perfect right now. It might be a bit heavy for those with oily hair? I have extremely oily hair that gets greasy after just half a day, and when I dry my hair after shampooing, it feels like I've applied hair oil. I guess it's because the shampoo contains oil ingredients. The lather is really rich, so one or two pumps should be enough.
