It comes off like dead skin cells when you gently rub it. Using it softly twice a month leaves your skin feeling refreshed. You get that sensation of your complexion becoming brighter. While I'm slightly concerned about the ingredients, I prefer the texture that comes off like dead skin cells. I'm considering repurchasing it. It really feels invigorating when you massage it in. It seems to have a massaging effect as well.
