Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 23, 2018I loved how softly it applies, gliding on smoothly. The price isn't too high, making it affordable for students. It's easy to correct if you make a mistake while applying, which is both convenient and a bit of a drawback. This product really delivers if you're looking for a natural yet vibrant look. After about 4-5 hours, it smudges under the eyes, leaving dark marks. While it's not too severe, I wouldn't call it waterproof. It breaks easily - I'm not sure if it's a problem with the applicator or if the pencil itself is fragile, but when I try to shape it or rub it slightly, it crumbles right down to the core. The amount of product is a bit small too. It might be a good idea to purchase this during a sale period.

I've been loyal to another brand's eyeliner for a while, but I decided to give Holika a try with this order. It applies smoothly and effortlessly. I'm definitely considering repurchasing! There was some slight smudging under the eyes after a while. It glides on so smoothly and effortlessly. You can easily fill in your waterline without any discomfort, and the color payoff is fantastic with just a few strokes. Unfortunately, it smudges far too easily. I applied it before going out, and in no time at all, I ended up with raccoon eyes. I specifically asked for a non-smudging option for my monolids, but this one wipes off quickly. It doesn't smudge even in early summer, and it's great value for money (especially for combination skin) There was a bit of clumping, and it tends to break easily 
Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinNov 8, 2015I bought this along with a remover during a 9900 won sale. It seems to have good staying power and pigmentation, so I don't think it was a waste of money. I'm currently using the remover well, and as a makeup beginner, I find it easy to apply. For a beginner, the color is quite intense, which makes it obvious when I've drawn my eyebrows. It's a bit of a shame that it's so noticeable.

The price is great, and you get a generous amount, making it quite a good deal It's a bit disappointing that you need to apply powder to prevent it from smudging, but considering the good price, it's an issue I can overlook!
