hi**********Dry SkinDec 19, 2023This serum is a multitasking marvel, tackling both anti-aging and hydration concerns. It definitely had a smoothing effect on my skin. I was particularly impressed with its texture - not sticky at all, and my skin absorbed it in a flash. As someone with super sensitive skin that's prone to deep dryness, this serum alone didn't quite cut it for hydration. I found myself needing to layer it with a moisturizer for best results. While I used just a few drops twice daily as part of my skincare routine, I went through the bottle rather quickly.

It's true that no other skincare product feels as sticky as The Ordinary, but wow, this feels so much better even though it's 10,000 won more expensive. The product description is so fancy it's annoying to list everything, but they claim it's good for wrinkle improvement, skin healing, hydration, anti-aging, and so on... Of course, you can't really tell after using it for just a day or two. However, this product doesn't pill at all, absorbs well, has decent hydration, and is almost fragrance-free, so it's great for using morning and night without worry. Plus, maybe because of the copper-related ingredients, it has a subtle blue tint, which is an extra perk for a pigment enthusiast like me! If the price was a downside before, I think the value for money has really improved since Hylamide's overall price reform. However, I bought the product directly from the DECIEM store in Garosu-gil, and it felt a bit like they were selling off old stock, perhaps because the Hylamide brand isn't popular in Korea. On the US official website, the ingredients have been updated, but they're selling the previous version here, so it feels a bit like we're getting shortchanged. Also, I bought the Hylamide hydration mist, but the spray nozzle is really terrible and the contents aren't great either, so I don't recommend that one.
