This product worked wonders for my back and chest acne! I used to be too lazy to use body wash and just cleaned with regular soap. Using it daily with a shower puff has not only cleared up existing acne but also prevented new breakouts! I've been using this for over two weeks and plan to repurchase. My back and chest acne were causing me so much stress, but thankfully this product has been effective. The description said results would show after a week of use, but for me, it took about two weeks to see improvements. I recommend sticking with it consistently and not giving up. Usually, I'm not a fan of low pH body washes except in the dead of winter. I have oily skin, and even after washing in the morning, my back and chest don't feel fresh by afternoon - they feel sticky. Low pH body washes typically don't leave me feeling clean enough. This product, however, is slightly alkaline, so it cleanses thoroughly. It also contains 2% salicylic acid, which is exactly what I was looking for. After washing with this in the morning and wiping my back and chest with a 2% salicylic acid pad in the evening, my blemishes improved in just two weeks. I also use this as a shampoo once a week, and it leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. I'm very satisfied with how well it works for deep cleansing my scalp. While the scent is fresh and pleasant, I think it would be even better if it were unscented. The bottle is on the smaller side, so I wish they offered refills or larger sizes. I've been using this as a shampoo once or twice a week, and it's great for when I have scalp blemishes. It leaves my oily scalp feeling squeaky clean and refreshed. It does leave my hair feeling a bit dry, but using conditioner or a hair treatment afterwards solves that issue.
