I recently developed contact dermatitis around my mouth and couldn't apply anything, but my face was so dry that I decided to use this cream for 2-3 days. Surprisingly, the irritation disappeared like magic! Since it's a cream, it can feel a bit heavy with a slightly rich texture. I'd recommend those with oily skin to use it only on their body, while those with dry skin can apply it liberally from face to body. For those with extremely dry skin, you might find the hydration level a bit lacking. I suggest applying a serum to deeply moisturize before using this cream for the best results. So far, I haven't found any downsides and I'm really enjoying using this product! I wouldn't recommend using this before applying makeup as it might cause pilling. It's best to use it as part of your evening skincare routine! - ji*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 7, 2025
I loved how this cream contains capsules that burst to create a moisturizing effect. I've always struggled with deep dryness no matter what hydrating cream I used, but with this product, I noticed significantly less dryness after applying it over my basic skincare routine. While it might feel a bit rich for summer use, I don't think it's overly heavy for those with severe deep dryness. If you layer it 2-3 times before bed, the hydration lasts until the next morning. I highly recommend layering for those with severe deep dryness! - wp******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 7, 2025
The Illiyoon cream is remarkably similar to Atobarrier 365 Cream from Aestura in terms of texture, how it absorbs, and overall effectiveness. Looking at the photo, Illiyoon is on the right and Aestura on the left. They both contain capsules and have a comparable rich feel. When your skin is red, peeling, or irritated and tingling, these two creams are the only ones I'd trust to soothe it. No downsides to mention. Illiyoon and Aestura, get in my shopping cart right now! For an extra boost, pick up some D-panthenol from the pharmacy. Apply it first to the irritated areas, then layer on a thick coat of this cream, imagining you're locking in all that hydration. It works wonders for calming the skin quickly. Highly recommend this combo! - dl******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 7, 2025
The texture is a bit thick, but it absorbs well and I love that I can use it with my child. It doesn't pill at all when applied before makeup. It seems great for dry skin. I have combination dehydrated skin, and it feels slightly rich after application. Doesn't cause any blemishes. The price is reasonable. It's not super hydrating. Feels a bit heavy in summer? But not many downsides overall. It's best to apply a hydrating product underneath and layer this on top. - ma*******************Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2025
While it's a bit pricey, the large size makes it great for frequent use. The ingredients are high-quality, and although it feels slippery at first when applied, it quickly settles into the skin nicely. The jar packaging feels somewhat unhygienic. Also, it's quite expensive... best to buy it when it's on sale. - th**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 5, 2025
When your hands need hydration, nothing beats this! A moisturizing and silky-smooth essential! The fragrance-free formula is great, the hydration is excellent, and it's even better that it comes in a large size! - di**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJul 5, 2025
Hydrates well Great value for money Frequent buy-one-get-one-free deals Doesn't cause blemishes Too heavy for extremely oily skin, while extremely dry skin may need reapplication for adequate hydration - 88********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 5, 2025
I absolutely love it! Got it at a great price, and it's incredibly hydrating and wonderful. There's absolutely nothing to complain about! - dw******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2025
This is my go-to cream for winter! It's incredibly rich and the hydration is out of this world. I highly recommend it for those with dry to very dry skin! Because it's so rich, even I find it a bit heavy for summer use, despite my dry skin. Also, it doesn't absorb immediately after application. If you're applying it after a shower, I suggest waiting a bit before getting dressed. Due to its richness, I actually don't use it on my face. Instead, I've found it works great as a body moisturizer. - ru********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 4, 2025
I initially didn't think much of this product, but when I developed dermatitis and acne-prone skin, I minimized my skincare routine to just toner, serum, and this Illiyoon cream. Surprisingly, it helped calm my dermatitis quickly and improved my skin texture. Since then, I've been using only this cream. It's deeply hydrating, provides excellent moisture, and being an Illiyoon product, I trust it completely. As someone with extremely dry skin, this cream works fairly well in summer, but I find it a bit lacking in hydration during the winter months. For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, this cream might be worth trying. It seems to work hard in balancing oil and moisture while being gentle enough for irritated skin. Consider layering it with a hydrating serum for extra moisture, especially in colder seasons.
