This is an alkaline foam cleanser I use once or twice a week. When I only use low pH cleansers, dead skin cells don't come off easily, leading to clogged pores and blemishes. But with this Innisfree Amino Foam Cleanser 1-2 times a week, the dead skin cells roll off like dirt, leaving my skin smooth afterwards. Other alkaline foam cleansers can be too harsh, causing redness and sensitivity. However, this Innisfree one has just the right cleansing power and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. It feels like it's only removing the unnecessary dead skin cells! The scent isn't overpowering, and it lathers up amazingly well. Gently massaging with the rich foam for 30 seconds and then rinsing off leaves my skin texture feeling fantastic. For those with sensitive skin like mine, daily use isn't recommended. Once or twice a week is perfect. I highly recommend it. I didn't find any downsides. However, using it more than once or twice a week made my skin sensitive. Using a Daiso foam maker creates a soft lather that's great for cleansing sensitive skin. - ki*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJul 5, 2025
Even with a small amount, it creates a rich, dense lather! This seems to be a characteristic of Innisfree cleansing foams - you get a thick, creamy foam with just a tiny bit! I use the Volcanic Cluster foam on days when I've applied heavy sunscreen, and the Green Tea foam for everyday, simple cleansing. The user experience is great! There's nothing to complain about! I frequently purchase Innisfree cleansing foams because they offer great value for money, with a generous amount of product at a reasonable price. - a9*******Oily SkinAcne SkinJul 4, 2025
It's a decent cleansing foam. Lathers up nicely, and I appreciate the fragrance-free formula. For those with sensitive skin, it might be a bit harsh. There are plenty of alternative cleansing foams available. This cleanser seems to have mixed reviews. While some find it satisfactory, others with more delicate skin types may experience irritation. It's important to consider your skin's specific needs when choosing a cleanser. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to look for gentler options that are specifically formulated to minimize potential irritation. - ku****RecommendedJul 1, 2025
I keep buying and using this product regularly. It has just the right amount of cleansing effectiveness that I'm looking for, and I can't really find any drawbacks. I'm really enjoying it! To be honest, I can't think of any specific drawbacks. It has good cleansing effectiveness, though those with super sensitive skin might experience a bit of deep dryness. - pm*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2025
I've been using this line's cream a lot, so I thought their cleansing foam would be good too. I'm glad I tried it! It doesn't cause any blemishes and isn't too harsh on my skin, which I really appreciate. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it... Fortunately, it didn't cause any blemishes either. - so********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJun 20, 2025
I had no idea you needed to double cleanse after applying sunscreen, and during that time when I didn't know, I only used this cleansing foam once a day (I even slept without cleansing sometimes...). Despite that, I didn't experience any blemishes or breakouts. That's why I recommend it. Above all, it cleanses thoroughly with a squeaky-clean feeling and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. Even with my sensitive skin, I've never had any reactions. It doesn't strip away moisture either, which is great! The fact that I can't think of any downsides probably means there weren't any significant issues. This cleansing foam seems to be an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin or those who are new to proper skincare routines. It's gentle yet effective, providing a thorough cleanse without causing irritation or dryness. The product's ability to remove sunscreen effectively while maintaining the skin's moisture balance is particularly noteworthy. For those concerned about their complexion or potential reactions, this cleanser appears to be a safe and reliable option. - mq********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJun 16, 2025
The cleansing effectiveness is just okay. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's all that great. It leaves my skin feeling really dry after use. Plus, the scent is rather off-putting. None. - se*************Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 14, 2025
It definitely seems to keep excess oil at bay for a while after use. My acne has been gradually decreasing, and my blemishes have cleared up. I feel like it might be clogging my pores a bit. Other than that, it wasn't bad overall. - ma********Combination SkinRecommendedJun 13, 2025
This is a product I consistently rely on! It cleanses thoroughly without leaving my skin feeling overly tight, making it suitable for my combination skin. I use many Innisfree products because they have great ingredients, affordable prices, and work well for me. I'm currently using several of their products. When you catch the buy-one-get-one-free deal, it lasts for ages. A little goes a long way - the foam is rich and plentiful, so use sparingly. Kudos to Innisfree for being environmentally conscious! When there's just a bit left at the bottom, it's tricky to get out. I end up cutting open the tube to use every last drop. For a perfect cleansing routine: start with an oil cleanser, then follow up with the Green Tea Cleansing Foam. It's a winning combination! I'm also participating in their empty bottle recycling program. - 10********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 11, 2025
Fragrance The subtle green tea scent is delightful! It's that signature aroma you associate with Innisfree! Hydration While it's not an intense cleanser, it leaves your skin feeling slightly moisturized after rinsing. However, you'll need to apply your skincare products within 3 minutes after patting dry, as your face may start to feel tight. Cleansing effectiveness I always use cleansing oil first to remove makeup, followed by this cleansing foam. It consistently removes everything without leaving any residue! Lather It produces a rich, creamy lather even when you're just using your hands! That's why I love this product! While using a cleansing device or foam net creates an even more luxurious lather, it's perfectly comfortable to use with just your hands. Price I think this product offers excellent value for money. It's a reliable, no-fuss cleansing foam with a wallet-friendly price that keeps me coming back for more. Brush and puff cleaning While many people use foam cleansers to clean makeup brushes and sponges, this one doesn't seem well-suited for that purpose. I'd recommend it solely for facial cleansing. Lathering tools Using this with an electric cleansing brush, foam net, or foaming dispenser can create an even richer lather! This allows for a gentler and more thorough cleanse!
