I was thrilled to find that it absorbed well without any greasiness, leaving my skin feeling wonderfully hydrated! As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I don't usually go light on skincare even in summer. However, when using this sun serum, I felt I could use a lighter base without experiencing deep dryness! The reason I'm always searching for new sunscreens is that even some with chemical filters can cause eye irritation, and you never know until you try. Unfortunately, this product did cause a bit of eye irritation. While it was much better than other chemical sunscreens I've used, the slight discomfort was a bit disappointing. It might not be ideal for those seeking a completely bare-faced look, but for anyone who wears makeup, this sunscreen is fantastic! Just wanted to let you know that upfront! I've been a fan of Innisfree for a while now, so I was thrilled to be selected for The Hwahae Testers this time around. I received the Innisfree Green Tea Hyaluronic Acid Sun Serum, and as the name suggests, it has a serum-like texture. What I love about it: - It's perfect for applying lightly before makeup. It helps cool down my skin and prevents my makeup from pilling. - The absorption is fantastic, leaving my skin feeling fresh and lightweight. I can barely tell I've applied anything! - The applicator tip is shaped like a dropper, making it easy to control how much product I use. I haven't found any downsides yet. Boom! Instant blemishes. No beating around the bush - I've got that ultra-sensitive, oily skin type that's basically a drama queen when it comes to skincare. With skin that's as temperamental as a diva, choosing skincare products, especially sunscreens, can be a real headache. But there's always been one brand I can rely on - Innisfree. From my student days to now as a 30-something mom, they've consistently delivered affordable, high-quality products with great ingredients. So when I heard about the new Green Tea line sunscreen serum from my trusty Innisfree, I was pretty excited. And I'm happy to report, it didn't let me down! Now, if the texture had been thick or pasty, it would've been a nightmare to apply, especially given the narrow opening of the Green Tea Sun Serum bottle. But true to its "moisture serum" name, it has a gel-cream consistency that's perfect for the packaging. The narrow opening actually helps control the amount dispensed, making application clean and waste-free. It's lightweight and hydrating, spreads easily with minimal white cast, and absorbs quickly. While I can't say for sure if it reduces skin temperature as claimed, what I can say is this - no blemishes so far! And that, my friends, is what I'm most thrilled about! If you layer it on, it can feel a bit rich, so I wouldn't recommend it for reapplication. The product works hard to provide sun protection while maintaining the skin's oil and moisture balance.
