I've been taking these as recommended by my pharmacist for menopause symptoms, and I think they're working quite well. They're expensive and you have to take two a day. I received this product as a gift, and it was highly recommended. While I've been taking it consistently since then, my mom has been more diligent about it than me. Unlike most multivitamins, calcium-magnesium supplements, and similar products that often come in individual packaging - creating a lot of waste and taking up space - this one comes in a large container with 240 tablets. It's so convenient as it takes up less space and produces no excess packaging waste! The tablets are quite large, unfortunately. Not only are they big, but you're supposed to take two tablets twice a day, which makes swallowing them challenging. I've even forgotten to take a full day's dose sometimes because of this. (The instructions say to take 4 tablets daily, but a friend advised me to take 2 tablets twice a day, as taking all 4 at once seemed daunting.) I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who struggles with large pills! Taking just one or two tablets separately can make you feel uncomfortably full from all the water you need to drink with them.
