After my morning cleanse, I wipe my face with this before starting my skincare routine. It's gentle and cleanses well. I didn't realize it had been discontinued though. 1. Cotton-like texture Not super soft, but the texture reminds you of cotton 2. Packaging There's a plastic attachment inside the lid for holding the tweezers, which are included. Using tweezers is decent from a hygiene perspective - not bad 3. Scent Just an okay, refreshing smell - nothing unpleasant 4. Effectiveness You can definitely feel it cleansing. It's also cooling. I was surprised to see the pad turn yellowish after wiping behind my ears and neck 5. Personal review Just an average pad, really As someone with blemish-prone combination skin, it wasn't amazing but wasn't terrible either Using this didn't cause any new blemishes to appear... This feels like the gold standard for pore pads. It has a cooling effect, and the embossed pad is great for applying an exfoliating toner. Moisturizing and great for improving skin texture. It contains a balanced mix of AHA and BHA from fruit-derived ingredients, making it gentle and non-irritating to use. The dual-sided pads feature an embossed side and a plain side. The embossed side is excellent for managing sebum and dead skin cells while keeping the skin hydrated, resulting in a pleasant user experience. For those who've been frustrated with toner pad lids where the tweezers keep falling off - this product has an inner cover with tweezers attached, making it much more hygienic and convenient to use. The pads are on the smaller side. It's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer larger sizes. After your skincare routine, you can use the embossed side of the pad to effectively remove dead skin cells from your elbows.

Recently, my skin has been flaking so much that I can't go without exfoliating pads, and these seem to be just right for everyday use. They don't appear to be overly harsh, and they seem to effectively keep dead skin cells at bay. While not unscented, the fragrance isn't overwhelming, which I appreciate. The packaging is also quite lovely with its pretty pink hues. When I first opened it, the essence was pooled heavily on the inner lid with the tongs. The pads seem to dry out rather quickly.

The pretty pink packaging is so lovely! There's a subtle rose scent, which I enjoy even though I usually prefer unscented products. It's great at removing dead skin cells. It contains 100ppm of gluconolactone and doesn't irritate my skin much. You can actually see the dead skin cells being wiped away, so it's clearly effective. My skin feels soft and smooth after use. The toner contains 10ppm of gluconolactone. The lid is a twist-off type... I prefer one-touch opening methods. While many products come in big sizes these days, these pads are standard size. I'm a fan of pads, and this product is adorably pink! It's so moisturizing and I absolutely loved it. There's nothing to complain about. The toner came as a gift with it, and I'm using it well. It was moisturizing and gentle on my skin, working really well for me. Since it was a toner set, I found it practical to pack the toner and cotton pads for travel instead of the bulkier pads. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing, but personally, I found it slightly heavy for summer use.

I'll need to keep using it, but when I use it in the morning before makeup, it works even better. It's a bit too runny... I wish the embossing was a bit more pronounced... and it would be nice if they increased the amount of product on each pad slightly... Keep them in the refrigerator for a cool, soothing application.
