I've been using 'Joomiso' foam cleanser as my morning face wash for about 10 months now, since around August 2024. My skin type is combination dehydrated and sensitive. Depending on its condition, I sometimes get red blemishes or closed comedones. I've done my research on skincare products and gone through trial and error with various items. Now, I've finally found products that suit my skin pretty well. After purchasing this product, I alternated between using it and the 'SNature Rice Low pH Cleansing Foam' to determine which one was more suitable for my skin, as I was highly satisfied with both. Getting to the point, what I noticed while using the 'Joomiso' cleansing foam is that it "addresses the drawbacks of typical low pH foam cleansers." With other low pH foam cleansers I've tried, I found that while they were gentle, they often lacked rich lather. After rinsing, they sometimes left a slippery feeling on my face, making me wonder, "Did I really cleanse properly?" When compared to deep cleansing products, I could see more white sebum coming up right after rinsing. However, the Joomiso product seems to have improved on these shortcomings. Here's why I think so: → It's gentle (no blemishes) → The foam is richer compared to other low pH cleansing foams → It cleanses effectively, leaving no residue after washing From my perspective, there weren't any downsides. However, if you're looking for a super matte, oil-free finish, just note that this product leaves a slight hint of hydration after cleansing. This seems like a pretty standard product. I have skin that breaks out no matter what I use, so I was hoping this might help reduce that. While it didn't necessarily decrease my blemishes, it didn't make them worse either. If you're looking for a gentle cleansing foam, I'd recommend giving this a try.
