The tone-up function is moderate. It's a mix of organic and inorganic ingredients, so sensitive skin should be careful, but I used it well. Although I had applied it thoroughly, there have been a few times when, even after several hours had passed, a light layer of the white sunscreen would rub off if I inadvertently touched my face. - jj*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsDec 14, 2024
A product with a noticeable white cast that gives the impression of evening out your complexion. It feels nicely hydrating. The scent is a bit off-putting, and it feels quite rich, which might not be ideal for oily skin types. It also tends to cause some eye irritation. - in*******Combination SkinJul 13, 2024
#Mixed Sunscreen This mixed sunscreen features hyaluronic acid as its key ingredient. When applied, there's a slight white cast. Some might see it as a brightening effect, but it's closer to a subtle white residue. It has a smooth cream texture that spreads easily on the skin. #Manufactured_by_COSMAX #Distributed_by_HelloSkin_Inc. As time passes, it tends to get quite oily. I feel like I need to touch up my makeup earlier than with other sunscreens I've used. While overall reviews are positive and the product itself isn't bad, I experience a stinging sensation wherever it touches my face. The tingling persists for about 5 minutes after application all over my face. Although it hasn't caused any blemishes or redness, I'm concerned this might make my skin more sensitive over time, so I've stopped using it for now. I'll probably use the remaining product on my neck instead. - ou*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinJun 17, 2024
Skin type: Dry (6/10), Sensitive Scent: It smells like touching an old appliance... Definitely not recommended for those extremely sensitive to fragrances. Texture: As it's water-based, it glides on smoothly. I thought it wouldn't leave a white cast, but there's a slight one. It seems to naturally brighten the skin. Quantity: A bit small for the price. (In my opinion) Cons: My skin felt a bit tingly after application. It did subside over time, but some blemishes appeared... Not recommended for those with super sensitive skin. The scent is truly... absolutely terrible. Even if this product were gentle and didn't cause any blemishes, the fragrance is so off-putting that it negates all other benefits... Definitely needs improvement! - 03******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 2, 2024
As someone with sensitive skin prone to dermatitis, I've finally found my holy grail hybrid sunscreen! My skin used to react badly to organic filters, so I stuck to mineral sunscreens. But those left my skin feeling dry, causing my makeup to look patchy and leading to periodic breakouts of tiny bumps. This one's different though! It absorbs well, making it perfect for use under makeup. Plus, it's often on sale, so the price is quite reasonable. It doesn't seem to be very well-known... I just hope they don't discontinue or reformulate it. If you have super sensitive skin, I'd recommend patch testing first. Initially, I thought I felt some irritation, but after continued use, my skin didn't react negatively, so I've made it a staple in my routine. - ne****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2023
As a hybrid sunscreen, I love that it doesn't leave an excessive white cast - it's just the right amount. True to its 'waterful' name, it applies incredibly smoothly, making it perfect for summer use. It's great that it doesn't feel sticky on the skin. I personally can't tell, but my mom, who has a sensitive nose, says the scent isn't great. My sense of smell isn't very keen, so it all smells the same to me... - bh*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 10, 2023
This sunscreen is perfect for oily skin - it's refreshing and hydrating! I've been using it year-round. It provides a slight brightening effect, and I love how it's not greasy but still feels fresh and moisturizing. The best part is that it doesn't cause pilling when I apply makeup over it! For those with oily skin, it might feel a tad heavy if used alone in summer. However, it's not a greasy sunscreen, so it's still great for use throughout all seasons. It seems moisturizing enough for dry skin types too. I'd recommend this for all skin types. - lg*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 24, 2023
My boyfriend has super sensitive skin and his skin usually gets really bad after using sunscreen. So I used to apply baby sunstick from Dr. Ato for him. But this one is incredibly gentle and doesn't cause any reactions. There's no heavy or sticky feeling at all. It has a texture somewhere between a moisturizer and an emulsion, making it really easy to apply lightly. The ingredients are good and there's nothing particularly disappointing about it! I just wish they'd come out with a mineral sunscreen version too! - eu******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 19, 2023
This review is based on using up an entire bottle. While it's advertised as great for combination dehydrated skin, it's also excellent for dry skin. The formula is packed with hydration, applying smoothly like a moisturizer and keeping your skin hydrated all day long. It has a high UV protection factor and works well both under makeup and on bare skin. I can even wear it on bare skin while walking my dog without experiencing any redness or burning sensation. I definitely plan to repurchase. Since I tend to sweat a lot, I need to switch to waterproof sunscreens around May. I wish they would release a waterproof version of this product. - ye********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 12, 2023
Highly recommended for combination dehydrated skin! It absorbs well and feels more like applying a regular cream than a sunscreen. With its hydrating base, it doesn't leave an oily residue. There's virtually no white cast, and it doesn't pill. It glides on smoothly, making it a fantastic choice! The scent... It's subtle, but not really to my liking. However, everything else about it is great!
