It feels a bit stiff when rinsing, but hair dries incredibly fast and has a nice bounce even without conditioner. The scent is pleasant, cleansing power is decent, and the packaging is sleek. The best part is how quickly your hair dries after a quick shake. The thin consistency means you end up using more product. Doesn't lather much, so you need to shampoo twice (for medium-length hair). The value for money is quite poor. If I had bought this with my own money, I'd feel it runs out too quickly to be worth it. Not recommended for oily scalps or severely damaged hair. Otherwise, it's a decent shampoo for everyday use. The fragrance, while uncommon, is fairly pleasant. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 11, 2019
After using it, my scalp feels clearer. I used to get occasional acne on my scalp, but after about two weeks of use, it stopped appearing. I plan to keep using it consistently! The only disappointing aspect was that it doesn't come in a pump bottle. I couldn't find any other drawbacks. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 30, 2019
It's definitely moisturizing. Feels soft... Those with dry scalps might want to give this a try. It doesn't seem to lather up very well, and if you have an oily scalp, you might want to steer clear of this one. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 17, 2019
The scent is very subtle. It feels like a very standard, no-frills shampoo. While it didn't leave me feeling super refreshed, I didn't feel like my hair was under-cleansed either. It was pleasantly adequate. I didn't experience any scalp issues, and it seemed to reduce itchiness. I could feel my hair becoming a bit stiff. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it's disappointing that I didn't experience anything particularly outstanding about this product. I spotted Klorane shampoo at Olive Young and was drawn to its pretty packaging and nice scent, so I decided to buy it. Currently, I'm using both the Peony and Quinine versions, alternating between them based on how my scalp feels each day. (Oat Milk: hydrating shampoo, Peony: for sensitive scalps & soothing, Quinine with Vitamin B: strengthens hair roots) While Klorane's Mango, Peony, and Quinine shampoos seem more popular, I've been using the Oat Milk one the most lately. My scalp type tends to be oily - if I wash my hair in the morning, it gets greasy by evening. I think I have an oily scalp but dry hair. Sometimes my scalp feels dry in the morning or during the day. I get perms regularly, which might be why my hair breaks easily mid-length. Since my hair seems to lack moisture, I've been reaching for the Oat Milk shampoo more often lately. Here's what I like about Klorane Oat Milk shampoo: 1. It's gentle. 2. It smells good. 3. It looks pretty displayed in the bathroom. If you're looking for a gentle shampoo with a nice scent and attractive packaging, this might be worth trying. ● Oat Milk (200ml: ₩15,000 / 400ml: ₩19,800) 1. Type → Suitable for all scalp and hair types. 2. Scent → It smells like milk soap with a hint of baby powder. The scent isn't strong, so there's barely any lingering fragrance after washing. 3. Consistency → It's very runny and flows easily. 4. Lather → It doesn't produce a lot of foam. So you really need to wet your scalp thoroughly before using it. Looking at the ingredients on Hwahae... the formulation is a bit disappointing. I thought the ingredients would be really good since it's said to be safe for children to use, but that's not the case. - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticitySep 9, 2018
I'm leaving this review after using up the entire bottle. Despite being a white, thin liquid that made me wonder if it would lather well, it actually produces a lot of foam with just a small amount. There's also a subtle oatmeal scent. I bought this because it said it was good for hydration, as my skin gets very dry in winter. However, it feels quite rich. While it doesn't feel like it's not absorbing, the oiliness rises to the surface so quickly that I'm not sure if the lack of tightness is due to hydration or just the oil content. Personally, I find pump bottles more convenient to use. Having to constantly flip this one over was inconvenient. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinOct 9, 2017
Well, apart from the pretty packaging... I've been trying many shampoos to find one that suits me because my scalp itching gets worse right after washing my hair. Unfortunately, this one was a miss. My scalp still itches. It's disappointing that I still have scalp itchiness. Also, if you don't use conditioner, your hair feels stiff. I bought it from Olive Young, so it was quite affordable. - ti*********Oily SkinAcne SkinFeb 14, 2017
Before using Klorane's mango product, I got a tester from a friend to try it out. First off, the scent is absolutely mind-blowing! It's like a refreshing floral fragrance? I'm not great at describing scents, so you should really smell it yourself. The fragrance is truly amazing... If they had body wash or body emulsion products, I would have bought them, but I couldn't find the same scent in their body wash line. As for the feel, there's no slippery sensation after rinsing. While it doesn't necessarily make my hair feel moisturized or protected, it doesn't leave it feeling dry either, so that's good. After rinsing, the scent isn't too strong, so I can apply hair essence without it being overwhelming. While the scent is nice, it doesn't linger much in your hair after washing... Also, considering the price, it doesn't feel particularly exceptional. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 19, 2017
Gentle on the hair. Low irritation. The scent is subtle, not overpowering. Simple and sleek bottle design. Helps tame frizzy hair. Doesn't leave hair feeling greasy. Nothing particularly special for its price point. There are likely other good shampoos available at this price range.
