The fragrance is absolutely amazing! It's so refreshing, like becoming a human mango. Totally love it! No downsides at all. The scent is fantastic and it leaves my hair silky smooth. Just perfect! - dd*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 5, 2022
I bought this Kundal product after recommendations from friends, and I'm so pleased! The scent is lovely, and it leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft. It's perfect for those with dry hair, though it might be a bit heavy for people with oily scalps. I'm extra satisfied because I snagged it during a sale - what a bargain! I came to write a positive review because I was satisfied, but I'm a bit disappointed with the ingredients list. Reading other reviews, it seems opinions are quite divided. I'd suggest trying just one bottle first before buying in bulk. The scent lasts even longer when you use the shampoo and treatment from the same fragrance line together. - nl*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2022
Kundal products are known for their strong and unique fragrances, and this one is no exception. It has a truly sweet, delicious mango scent that's quite noticeable! The shampoo has a typical transparent formula, and even the lather is clear. Instead of producing thick, white foam, it creates a gentle, translucent lather. If you're washing your hair twice a day and it's feeling dry and rough, this shampoo can help soften it. I'd recommend it more for those with dry hair rather than oily hair types. The cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong, and the fragrance might not be everyone's cup of tea. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2021
I was really pleased with the long-lasting fragrance. It's definitely more intense and lingers longer than other shampoos I've tried. It feels a bit more drying compared to other shampoos. You'll definitely need to follow up with a conditioner or treatment. - wh*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 3, 2020
Helps control that emerging elementary school scalp odor on the crown of your head. Less noticeable smell overall. The fragrance almost completely disappears after washing. It seems most of the scent evaporates during the rinse. - lo****Combination SkinJun 5, 2020
The fragrance is lovely, though it doesn't last long. Great value for money, and it lathers well. No need for separate conditioner or treatment as it leaves your hair soft. It's incredibly hydrating - I mean, really hydrating! From the moment you rinse and dry, it doesn't feel refreshing. The speed at which it makes your hair greasy is alarming, and even when fully dry, it feels damp. About 30 minutes after drying, people ask if I've just washed my hair. I often get blemishes on my scalp. Also, it's very runny - when you pump it into your hand, it just drips right off. Highly recommended for those with extremely dry hair and scalps that don't produce any oil at all. If you can go three days without washing and your hair doesn't get greasy, this is for you! Since it's quite runny, using a bubble maker makes application easier. - hb*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinMay 9, 2020
The scent is somewhat decent. It's not a fresh mango fragrance, but rather a richer, more indulgent mango aroma. This is way too harsh. After using it, I developed a lot of dead skin cells on my scalp. When I touch my scalp, it feels like there are pebble-like particles. So frustrating! - lo********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 14, 2020
To be honest, the only redeeming quality is the fragrance. It's not worth the money. Even though my hair is thick and my scalp isn't particularly oily, this shampoo leaves my scalp feeling excessively greasy. It's incredibly itchy too. I usually get along well with any shampoo, but this is the first time I've had such a bad reaction. After using this shampoo, it's absolutely necessary to thoroughly dry your hair with a blow dryer to remove all moisture. This helps reduce the itchiness somewhat. - re******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 21, 2020
I carefully considered both the fragrance and ingredients before buying, and I'm really pleased with how rich and full-bodied the scent is! The formula is quite runny, so it tends to drip a lot when pumping. It can feel a bit oily when washing, but that's easily solved with a thorough rinse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 6, 2019
The scent is okay... Despite being mildly acidic, it lathers surprisingly well...?? The ingredients look good too. However, it's not the mango scent I expected, but rather an artificial one. I was hoping for that sweet, fragrant aroma you get from fresh or dried mangoes... That's a bit disappointing. It feels like the oil doesn't wash out of my hair even after shampooing. No matter how much I rinse, it never feels completely clean. I bought this based on Coupang reviews, but now I regret not checking the Hwahae reviews first. There are many comments about it making hair greasy, causing itchy scalp, and blemishes. I've only used it twice so far, but it's true that my hair gets oily quickly and my scalp feels itchy. I'm not sure about blemishes yet, but if they appear, I'll update my review. If you like mango scents, there's another product... what was it... the inconvenient shampoo (Klorane) that doesn't come in a pump bottle... that one has a better fragrance. I'll double-check the name of this one and add it later!
