I thought it was only sold there, but it turns out it's available internationally. It contains eucalyptus, which gives a slight cooling sensation when applied. The thin consistency makes it easy to apply. I like that it has better ingredients compared to Kiehl's #1 Lip Balm, and the hydration lasts quite a while. Unlike the original Kiehl's lip balm, which has a thicker consistency when squeezed out in cold or normal weather, this product has a runny texture. You need to be careful when dispensing it to avoid excess. Although it's marketed as a lip product, its thin consistency makes it suitable for applying to dry cuticles as well.

Now I'm applying it every night before bed. It has a unique warming sensation, so I prefer using it at night. The product is better than I expected, but I heard it's been discontinued, unfortunately. If you apply it generously at night before sleeping, it helps shed dead skin cells.
