I bought this product at the original New York flagship store! I thought it was only sold there, but it turns out it's available internationally. It contains eucalyptus, which gives a slight cooling sensation when applied. The thin consistency makes it easy to apply. I like that it has better ingredients compared to Kiehl's #1 Lip Balm, and the hydration lasts quite a while. Unlike the original Kiehl's lip balm, which has a thicker consistency when squeezed out in cold or normal weather, this product has a runny texture. You need to be careful when dispensing it to avoid excess. Although it's marketed as a lip product, its thin consistency makes it suitable for applying to dry cuticles as well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 16, 2018
I bought this in a hurry while abroad. I had forgotten about it until my lips became chapped and flaky. Now I'm applying it every night before bed. It has a unique warming sensation, so I prefer using it at night. The product is better than I expected, but I heard it's been discontinued, unfortunately. If you apply it generously at night before sleeping, it helps shed dead skin cells. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinMay 28, 2016
It feels less like you have something stuck on your lips, which is great. The color lasts for a long time. When the temperature rises even slightly, the cream melts and becomes watery. There are times when it suddenly comes out in excess, turning it into more of a hand cream consistency. Squeeze gently when applying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 9, 2016
I loved the cool minty sensation, reminiscent of Carmex lip balm. The hydration seems to last for a long time, keeping my lips moisturized. The only downside is the typical Kiehl's high price tag, which is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 2, 2016
As someone who's always wearing lip balms and glosses, I found this one to have great staying power. Instead of applying dryly, it goes on smoothly and moisturizes thanks to its oily texture. The minty scent that wafts up is also quite refreshing and pleasant. It was inconvenient having to squeeze it onto my hand before applying. Also, when applied to any cuts on the lips, it stung as it seeped into the wounds. - go********Dry SkinSensitive SkinSep 2, 2015
The moisturizing effect lasted quite a while. I loved the cooling sensation too. I personally adore the eucalyptus scent, which is why I bought it. My lips are extremely dry, so I always apply lip balm even when sleeping. Unfortunately, the cooling effect, which was supposed to be a plus, actually disrupted my sleep. Sadly, I couldn't use it at bedtime. - fi*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2015
It keeps my lips moisturized and has a great cooling effect. I used to have a lot of dead skin cells on my lips, but this product has really improved that. The volume is generous, so it lasts a long time. It's wonderfully hydrating! Sometimes the oil scent can be a bit bothersome. Other people have mentioned that it really clears their sinuses, haha! It looks really beautiful when you apply tint over this. I reapply it whenever I have a chance. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 9, 2015
It feels wonderfully moisturizing when applied to smooth lips. The minty scent is absolutely divine for a mint enthusiast like me. The cooling effect upon application is also quite refreshing! As someone with a habit of picking at my lips, I often have dead skin cells and ragged bits of skin. This product doesn't quite manage to strongly tackle such rough lips. So it's best suited for use when your lips are already in decent condition. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 3, 2015
Apply it before bed and wake up with dead skin cells completely gone! This product helped me survive the dry heater air in my high school study room! I can't deny that it feels a bit oily. Also, the tube design is problematic at the tip, making it impossible to apply directly to the lips. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 20, 2014
When my skin feels like it's dying from dryness and this is the only thing in my pocket, it's a real lifesaver For someone with extremely dry lips like me, it's not very hydrating. Instead of feeling moisturized, it feels like it's just sitting on top of my skin. And if you apply it to cracked lips, prepare for a world of pain - it stings like crazy! This is the first product I've ever bought with my own money that I couldn't finish and had to throw away
