It's really helpful when you have a stomachache or feel like you might get one. It seems to make the discomfort more manageable! Compared to other probiotics, I didn't really notice any significant effects...

I received this as a gift from a friend! Since I usually have some constipation issues, I decided to give it a try. To cut to the chase, the effects were... subtle. I don't typically respond well to these kinds of products, so I didn't have high expectations, but it was still a bit disappointing. While it didn't completely solve my constipation, it did seem to ease some discomfort when my stomach was upset. It made things a bit more comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't experience the promised 'smooth movement' effect. On the bright side, it was tasty, so I enjoyed consuming it! The biggest letdown was not seeing the 'smooth movement' effect. It seems the effectiveness varies from person to person. Also, there's quite a bit of waste produced. At first glance, the individual packaging seems convenient, but I question if it's really necessary. Easy to purchase, affordable price, and fast shipping. It has a sweet taste and melts nicely in your mouth. While it tastes good when eating, it leaves an unpleasant, sticky aftertaste that requires rinsing with water. I love the sweet grape scent. It melts quickly in your mouth and dissolves effortlessly. I don't see any significant effects. It feels rather ordinary and unremarkable.
