I have shade 23 complexion, and unlike other products that came out too light and left me perplexed, this one matched perfectly with its honest 23 shade. Being neutral, it appeared slightly reddish on my yellowish skin compared to my neck. Ah... I had high hopes for the Neo line after hearing so much praise, but it just didn't work for my dry skin. It seriously emphasized texture and dead skin cells... Even highlighted wrinkles I didn't know I had! What I wanted was smooth, flawless skin, but this failed to make my skin look beautiful. I saw a lot of promotion about it being a matte foundation that doesn't cause deep dryness, but... hmm... I'll need to find a way to use it with a solid skincare base. I didn't even realize I bought the high-coverage version, not just matte. Yet it didn't seem to provide good coverage as it sat on top of my skin. (Update) I'm managing to use it decently by layering carefully - thorough skincare + hydrating sunscreen + hydrating primer to really lock in moisture. However, I probably won't repurchase.
