I tried a sample for about a week, and I felt little to no tightness afterwards. It's a relief! The cleansing effectiveness is moderate to low, so I'd recommend using it for a light morning wash or pairing it with a cleansing oil. It's a pricier product, and since I personally prefer low pH foams, I wouldn't recommend purchasing it. I rarely write reviews unless I've purchased the full-size product, but I received this as a gratis with my retinol purchase, and I've been using it consistently lately. It's surprisingly amazing! I wish I could express how great it feels to use, but my words don't do it justice. Usually, when I use products with strong cleansing effectiveness, my face feels squeaky clean, but as soon as the water evaporates, my skin feels tight and dry. This cleanser is different. When I massage the foam all over and rinse, my skin feels smooth and clean, but not dried out. It's as if I've already applied a hydrating toner - my skin feels moisturized yet perfectly cleansed. It's truly remarkable! I still have two more of these that I received as gratis with my retinol purchase. I'm definitely planning to buy this with my own money once I run out. There are honestly no downsides. It's fantastic. I highly recommend it. You must try it and experience how it feels on your skin! The cleansing effectiveness wasn't bad, and I was really interested in it because of the hyaluronic acid. It seems like a great product for those who don't have super sensitive skin. As someone with super sensitive skin, I unfortunately broke out after using this. My skin felt dry and slightly itchy. I've tried many foam cleansers, but this one seems to maintain some moisture even after use. As someone with dry skin, I usually need to apply skincare immediately after washing my face, but with this product, I loved how it kept my skin feeling hydrated even as time passed. There are supposedly some not-so-great ingredients in this, but I didn't notice any changes in my skin. Even without washing my face after using oil, this cleanser removes sunscreen effectively. It feels gentle on the skin, leaving a refreshed sensation after cleansing. As someone with dry skin, foam cleansers often leave my skin feeling parched, but this one doesn't give me that uncomfortable dryness.
