The hydration is definitely there, and I love the firm, bouncy finish, though it was slightly heavy for my skin. The scent was surprisingly pleasant, which made applying it enjoyable. And there's a hint of that Inner Glow? A subtle radiance, perhaps? Seems like it would be a great serum for winter. Since it's a product targeting wrinkles and brightening, it felt a bit rich for my blemish-prone skin. It didn't cause any additional blemishes when applied, though it didn't particularly improve existing ones either. Actually, I liked using it because it was so gentle and unproblematic. It has a slightly viscous texture, so on lazy days I just used this ampoule with my toner. Also, I frequently use modeling masks, and applying this ampoule before the mask gave me fantastic results. Well... there wasn't really anything that didn't suit my skin, so I don't have any complaints! This is a great ampoule to use with modeling masks! It's a serum with a bouncy texture rather than an oily moisturizing feel! The consistency is closer to a runny ampoule. It worked wonderfully for my acne-prone and bumpy skin without causing any new breakouts. While it didn't have a dramatic effect on calming existing acne, it did prevent those tiny bumps that pop up due to dryness, which was great! I was amazed at how quickly it reduced redness, which I usually get when my skin is dry. When I apply just one pump before my semi-matte base makeup, pat it in, and let it absorb with the warmth of my palms, my makeup doesn't budge for about 8 hours - it's incredible! This nourishing serum really brings life back to my complexion. Rather than using it daily, I think it's perfect for fall and winter when you need your skin to look its best. The texture isn't thin, but rather thick and gooey like a runny ampoule, so it takes a bit longer to absorb! It's best to warm it up between your palms to help it sink in. Also, the luxurious packaging made me feel good while using it. Side effects: I didn't experience any notable side effects while using this. It seems to be a great item for nourishing the skin, especially during seasonal changes when skin tends to get dry and flaky. Texture: I personally prefer products that absorb quickly and leave a fresh feeling, but this one tends to sit on the surface quite a bit. After application, it makes my skin look quite shiny. Oiliness: This product was too rich for my skin type. Even when applied thinly, it feels quite heavy, so I'd only use it as an overnight mask. Here's what I loved: 1) Non-sticky richness The texture feels like a concentrated ampoule, and when applied, there's an oily sensation - like it's creating a protective layer on the skin. I was worried it might be sticky, but it wasn't at all. It absorbs well, which I really appreciate. 2) Plays well with makeup With my skin type, I often worry that after applying foundation and facing cold winds, my skin will quickly become dry or oily, causing my makeup to pill. But that didn't happen at all! Instead, the oil and moisture balance was just right, making my makeup look great. I did prep my skin with toner, ampoule, and sunscreen as a base. 3) Gentle formula Sometimes when I use products that are too oily or don't suit my skin, I break out. But this didn't cause any blemishes - it's so gentle that my skin actually looked better the next morning! It gave me that 'my skin but better' feeling. The bottle is quite small, so the dropper is short. That's probably the main drawback.

It was quite hydrating too. My skin doesn't get along well with shea butter, so I was hesitant when I first received it. After using it for two days, I noticed a few blemishes appearing. However, since it coincided with my menstrual cycle, I can't definitively say it was because of the serum. I plan to try it again after my period ends and will update my review then! In winter, when the office heater is on, your skin can get quite dry. You only need to apply it to dry areas, making it suitable for daily use on acne-prone skin! When used before bed, your skin feels hydrated in the morning. It looks like rice water, giving the impression that it'll improve your skin. There weren't any downsides. I guess since it's a moisturizing serum, it's best to avoid applying it to areas prone to blemishes... But that's pretty obvious. Apply it before makeup, gently press it into your skin with your hands, let it absorb, then apply makeup. It seems to work even better this way! It's like smelling a flower - the initial scent might not be impressive, but it's followed by an incredibly luxurious floral aroma. Overall, the scent is pleasant and sophisticated. When I wear a mask, I catch whiffs of this elegant scent from my face, making me sniff appreciatively! The texture is quite fluid with a slight oily feel. Surprisingly, it applies and absorbs well. About 60-70% of the product absorbs easily, while the remaining portion requires a bit more effort to fully sink in. Despite its oily feel, the initial application and absorption are similar to most products. Any unabsorbed product leaves a slight shine. Gently pressing it into the skin for over 3 minutes helps it absorb significantly more. I was lucky enough to be selected as a Hwahae Tester, but unfortunately caught COVID during this time. As a result, I only used a toner and this product. While I couldn't try it in combination with other products, I'm writing this review based on how it helped my skin recover from COVID. Although it claims to improve wrinkles and brighten skin, I didn't expect much in terms of hydration. However, using just a hydrating toner and this product, I found it surprisingly effective at locking in moisture, perhaps due to its slightly oily texture. Normally, my skin would be dry with just toner, requiring additional moisturizing products. But even during my COVID recovery and cold weather, I didn't feel a lack of hydration, which was unexpected and pleasant. COVID left my skin parched, and despite drinking lots of water, my lips were extremely dry and rough. After exfoliating twice and applying just toner and this product, I noticed a significant improvement. While my lips remained a bit rough, my skin felt soft and supple. The effects seem quite good. When I returned to work before fully recovering, people assumed I wasn't that sick based on my complexion. This product definitely has a positive effect. The packaging could use some improvement. The dropper feels a bit short and not very sturdy, giving it a somewhat cheap impression. When you first apply it, make sure to gently press any excess product into your skin as instructed. Due to its oily texture, there's a significant difference between doing this and not doing it.
