I love the subtle lemon scent. The soap's pretty appearance is a mood-lifter every time I see it. Being soap, it doesn't leave your skin feeling soft after washing, but rather squeaky clean. Some people might actually prefer this feeling. - su********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMay 20, 2023
I received this as a gift and found it perfect for light use in summer. It cleanses thoroughly, leaving you feeling refreshed - ideal for the hot season. The bar seems to last a long time, so you can use it for quite a while! When left in the shower, it releases a pleasant scent. Though the fragrance is noticeable at first, it gradually fades over time. It doesn't lather well, so I've been using it with a foam net. Also, someone below mentioned it smells like laundry soap pretending to be lemon-scented, and I couldn't agree more! The scent really does remind me of laundry soap. - tn******Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresApr 17, 2023
The refreshing lemon scent spreads beautifully, creating a delightfully fragrant experience. It wasn't too drying, which was quite nice. Honestly, for this price point and without any discounts, it doesn't offer much value. It doesn't lather well, so I've been using it with a shower puff, rubbing it directly on my body. I'd rather recommend the lemongrass soap from Dong*bat - it lathers well and has a lovely fragrance. If you put it in a shower puff and crush it a bit, it lathers up nicely as the pieces rub against each other. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2022
The scent was like freshly grated lemon! It left my skin feeling squeaky clean! The price was a bit disappointing at around 26,000 won for two pieces. For those who think it doesn't lather well, I recommend using a shower puff. It really helps create a rich foam! - ba********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 18, 2021
Hydration: It leaves your skin moisturized after showering. I even compared it while washing my hands, and unlike regular soap, Lush products keep your skin hydrated after use. Squeaky clean: Your skin feels squeaky clean after showering. There's absolutely no residue left behind. Scent: At first, I loved the lemon scent, but as I showered, it started to smell less like real lemons and more like a laundry soap pretending to be lemon-scented. Lather: It really doesn't lather well. If you keep rubbing to create foam, it seems like it will wear down quickly. 1. A foam net is necessary. 2. You need to cut it into smaller pieces to make it last longer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 18, 2021
It's just an average, run-of-the-mill product... I feel like you'd get the same experience with any soap or body wash. If there's one positive, it's that it produces less foam, giving it a more natural soap feel, and it's easier to rinse off..? The scent seemed familiar, but then I realized... it smells like laundry soap. I was expecting the fragrant charm of Lush, but ended up terribly disappointed... It's really not great... You're better off spending a bit more on a nicely scented body wash. - mi***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 14, 2019
The refreshing feeling after washing is so invigorating, it's like all the day's fatigue just melts away. I'm absolutely loving this product and use it religiously! As is typical with Lush products, the price tag is a bit steep... If you can buy it directly from overseas, I'd highly recommend going that route. - wk*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2019
I've been using this beloved body soap for a year now. My entire body tends to be very dry and sensitive, and I used to get blemishes occasionally. However, after using the Bohemian body soap, these issues have significantly decreased and rarely occur now. In fact, when I switched to other products, I noticed small breakouts. I first tried this body soap on a friend's recommendation, and I was pleasantly surprised by its cleansing effectiveness, fragrance, and how well it lathers. I absolutely love it! As for storage, after researching online and trying various methods, I found that placing it on a soap dish with drainage holes works best. It doesn't get mushy and stays in good condition, just like regular bar soap. If you have a window in your bathroom, storing it near there is also great for air circulation. Lush body soaps are sold by weight in grams, so they come in large blocks that need to be cut. Since I prefer to use smaller pieces rather than the whole block, I have to go through the hassle of cutting it at home. Apart from that inconvenience, everything else about it is great! Cutting the soap into smaller pieces helps it last longer. And don't forget to use a shower puff to create a rich lather! - op*************Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityFeb 8, 2017
The scent is absolutely delightful! It gives off a soft, lemony fragrance all over your body, and it's gentle enough to use on your face. I even cut it into smaller pieces to take on my travels. Plus, it doesn't dissolve easily in water. The thickness of the bar makes it a bit inconvenient to carry around whole. That's the only downside I can think of. Apart from the lovely scent, there wasn't anything particularly outstanding about it, so I didn't end up repurchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinNov 29, 2016
I've been using two 200g pieces for about 6 months. With atopic dermatitis and super sensitive skin, body washes usually cause blemishes on my bottom, back, chest, and neck, so I always made natural soaps. Passing by a Lush store, I bought this because it was advertised as natural. The scent is like lemon herb, which I personally find refreshing and pleasant. It does seem to be a natural soap. The feel is similar to the ones I used to make. No blemishes or irritation. It feels slightly drying. Perhaps due to the added fragrance, there's a slight difference from the ones I made. The scent isn't bad, but it's quite polarizing. The chunky bits inside the soap break off into pieces. I bought a 200g soap, but it seems like 60-70g of these chunks fall off, unfortunately. I think the best option is to find a place that offers free natural soap-making classes and make your own.
