Personal color: Deep undertone, leaning towards Summer Cool First off, this product is my holy grail powder - I've gone through more than 3 containers! As someone who prefers a bright complexion, the slightly ivory-tinted powder is absolutely perfect. When I used other brands' powders, I was stressed about excess powder and clumping, but this product is truly the best for me. I used to be self-conscious about my acne scars, but applying this powder after foundation really helps to conceal them. Key points: - The subtle ivory tint gives you a radiant complexion - No clumping or excess powder issues at all - Effectively covers remaining acne scars after foundation application The downsides I've experienced with this product are the included puff and its staying power. First, the puff that comes with it is too thin and not soft enough when applying to the skin. This sometimes causes the foundation to pill or the powder to clump on the puff (though not on the skin). Another disappointment is that oil tends to break through more quickly than expected after powder application. When I had friends try it, they all experienced rapid oil breakthrough as well. Key points: - The thin, not-so-soft puff can cause foundation pilling and powder clumping on the puff - Oil tends to break through quickly I switched to a soft powder puff from Daiso. It definitely improved adherence compared to the included puff, and there was no clumping of powder on the puff at all. To increase staying power, I found that spraying a makeup fixer after foundation and before applying the powder really helps. - wa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedAug 19, 2024
* Perfect for oily, sweaty summer skin 💠 I thought I'd lost this powder compact ages ago, but the car wash staff found it for me. What luck to rediscover it just in time for summer when I'll use it often! 💠 It's a light pink powder compact with a pretty standard feel. Even when applied directly to oily areas, it doesn't cake up, though the puff does get a bit grimy from the oils. 💠 I remember buying this super cheap, even as a buy-one-get-one-free deal. However, I can't really recommend it. The reason why is below... ▪️ The very first ingredient is talc. It's considered potentially harmful, so I can't recommend it. There are so many powders out there with better ingredients and more competitive qualities, so why bother with this one? - db***********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 11, 2024
It sets nicely and brightens my complexion, which I love. It really does the job of a powder! I don't think it's great for my skin. As someone with oily skin, it caused blemishes to appear! - tj********Combination SkinRecommendedJul 15, 2023
This product has minimal excess powder and effectively controls oil. It sets makeup firmly, so I always use it when going out. I've only been using it for a week, so I'm not sure about blemishes yet, but I haven't experienced any so far. If I do get any blemishes, I'll come back to update my review. Plus, it evens skin tone, giving a bright complexion. Since it's a firm product, if you don't control the amount well, it can apply too white and thick at times. The product itself is small, which is good for slipping into your pocket, but the puff is also small, which can lead to thicker application. While it applies thoroughly, if it gets too thick, there can be some pilling. I recommend paying attention to the amount you use! While the brightening effect is nice, it can make colors like blush (not just eyeliner) look faded, as shown in the photo. - ki*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2022
After only using loose powder, I tried a pressed powder for the first time and it definitely seems to set my makeup better. If your skin is dry or you apply too much powder, it might cake a little, but that's manageable. The compact size is perfect for sneaking into your pocket for touch-ups on the go! I'm on my third one now, and the only downside is... well... it can make you look a bit too pale? But that effect is temporary, so I've been using it without issues. - cs******Oily SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMay 29, 2022
I've been living with Innisfree No Sebum Powder glued to my oil-slick face forever, but now I might switch to this product. My skin is super sensitive, so I was ready to stop if any blemishes appeared, but thankfully there were none. It doesn't have excess powder flying around, doesn't make my face look cakey, and absorbs oil like a charm. I don't usually wear makeup, but when I go out, just applying this makes my face feel velvety and gives it a slight pink tint, making my skin look prettier. The fact that I'm naturally reaching for this instead of the Innisfree powder when heading out means I'll probably keep buying this product from now on. Admittedly, the staying power isn't that long. It could be because my skin is extremely oily, but that's not a big deal since I can just reapply as needed. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 5, 2021
Unlike when I used other products like Eclips that made my face look cakey and yellow, this product doesn't cake at all! It also gives me a nice complexion. There's a bit of excess powder and it doesn't completely control excessive oil. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedMar 17, 2021
It applies so smoothly and even though I have super sensitive skin, it doesn't seem to cause any blemishes! Since it's a powder, it tends to break easily even if you drop it just a little bit.. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 19, 2020
This powder foundation didn't cause any blemishes and it's great at absorbing excess oil! It applies too thickly and leaves a white cast... So you really need to control the amount you use!
