The makeup tends to fade after a few hours, but these eyebrows stay put! Even when I do my makeup in the morning and come home at night, they look freshly applied. Personally, I find this liquid type much more convenient than a pen. It's easy to apply, and even those with less-than-steady hands can create beautiful brows. The price is a bit steep, unfortunately. The brush in the kit tends to bend after about a year of use, rendering it unusable. So you'll need to either buy a new kit each time or purchase the liquid gel separately and get a separate brush. Instead of buying the full kit with the brush, just get the liquid alone and it's almost half the price! You can buy the brush separately. It's quite sturdy - I've been using mine for a year and it's still in great shape. The purchase price might seem a bit high, but even though it's similar in cost to the one in the kit, it lasts much longer. - he******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 25, 2019
- Waterproof: Survives humid summer weather and sweat - Variety of shades: Recommend testing in-store (can match well with hair color) - No need for eyebrow tinting (just brush it on and it coats the brows) - Seems like a small amount, but lasts long (bought in early August, still over 1/3 left; hygienic as you squeeze out what you need) - Easy to use (you'll get the hang of it after using once or twice) - Great staying power: Applied at 7 AM, still looks decent at 9:30 PM. Fades a bit, but brows are still visible (even for those with sparse tail ends). Appears darker in photos, but it's actually a light shade. Strongly recommend testing it out. (Please excuse the slightly messy brow grooming, I did a quick job) - Might seem expensive at first, but you'll realize it's worth it as you use it... Can't think of any other downsides. Just be careful not to overdo it, or you might end up with cartoon brows! - Use a brow brush to draw the tail end, then lightly coat the spoolie and brush from the sparse areas towards the front (brushing from front to back can result in cartoon-like brows) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 22, 2019
The staying power is excellent! I have quite oily eyebrows, so other pencils or mascara-type products would often smudge off. But this one stays put until evening, which I really appreciate. The price is a bit steep... However, it lasts for quite a while, so I'm still satisfied with it. - js*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2019
I stumbled upon this product and I'm now on my third tube. I can't go back to eyebrow pencils anymore! With just a few swipes, I can quickly fill in my brows, including those tricky wrinkle areas near the lid. The palette makes it so easy to create a perfect shape in one go. The color has a slight reddish tint, and with various shades available, you can easily find one that matches your hair color. The spoolie brush... it tends to get clumpy with use, and cleaning it can be a bit of a chore. Also, every time I put it back in the container, some product rubs off. By the time I'm nearly finished with it, the once-black brush has turned brown! The tip, in particular, creates a more natural look than a pencil. Use the spoolie to brush your brows in the opposite direction as if you're dyeing them, then lightly touch up the front for a natural appearance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 4, 2017
This has been my go-to eyebrow product for ages! With the right brush, it's perfect for creating natural-looking brows in any shape you desire. I love mixing different shades to match my hair color, and I use a lighter blend for the front of my brows for a beautifully natural finish. It does require more effort compared to pencils or powders, which can be both a pro and a con - the results are worth the extra time. You'll need a separate palette for mixing, and it's on the pricier side. However, it truly lasts an incredibly long time. - li********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 20, 2017
Great selection of 5 colors, applies smoothly, excellent waterproof quality, and unbeatable longevity! This product is top-notch. It lasts for ages. The price point is a bit steep, but it's worth it since it lasts so long. I bought a slightly darker shade to use as a base. When you apply a lighter mascara over it, the result is beautiful. - gr*********Normal SkinAcne SkinSep 15, 2017
It's so natural-looking and convenient! Since it's a squeeze-out product, you can easily control the amount you use. There's a lot of product waste until you get used to it. I squeezed out too much and ended up throwing away a lot. You need to practice applying it until you get familiar with the product. - ni*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAug 29, 2017
I went to buy foundation and ended up getting this after the sales pitch, haha! I mainly bought it because it's supposed to be waterproof. Here's what I like: * It's an all-in-one product for eyebrows - you can use it as a brow pencil and mascara. * Unlike some brow mascaras that make your brows feel stiff, this keeps them soft and fluffy, just like natural brow hairs. * It applies thinly, so you can build up the color like foundation. Go light for a subtle look or layer for more intensity. * The brush that comes with the kit is actually good quality. * First off, the price... I sighed when I saw it again, haha! * I have no brow hairs between my eyebrows and my skin is quite oily. When I tested it in-store, it seemed like it wouldn't budge at all. I thought, 'Wow, this is a game-changer!' and bought it. * But in the end, my oily skin won. I scratched my eyebrow because it was itchy, and poof! The product disappeared, lol! Apply it by squeezing out a small amount onto the palette, about the size of a grain of rice, and spread it thinly! - li********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 9, 2017
It doesn't come off easily. The amount is so generous that I've been using it for 2 years now. The color payoff is great, and even though I tried other highly recommended products after starting my brow journey with this one, I always end up coming back to it. If you can't control the amount, you might end up with cartoon-like brows. The built-in brush is convenient, but if you don't clean it, it hardens and becomes unusable. However, this is a common issue with liquid-type products... If you end up with overly thick brows, use a bit of cleansing water to lightly remove some product and then brush through once! - zz********Combination SkinJun 18, 2017
It glides on smoothly and naturally. It's definitely more natural-looking than a pencil. The fact that it spreads evenly without clumping is also quite nice. At first, I thought it might be inconvenient, but once I got used to it, it was actually quite good! As for the colors, the left is shade 20 and the right is shade 15. You need to be careful with the amount you use. There's no need for a separate palette - just squeeze a little onto the tube opening and evenly coat the brush before using. It might be inconvenient for those who prefer to squeeze it onto a palette or their hand. When I took it on a plane, perhaps due to temperature changes, about halfway through using it, the liquid started flowing out excessively. Apart from that, I was satisfied with the product. I tried shaking it vigorously to use it, but there were moments when it became too runny. Please be careful to prevent separation due to temperature changes. For best results, use a mascara brush to groom your brows in the direction of hair growth (first brush against the grain, then with it), then apply an appropriate amount with the brush.
