With consistent use, I've noticed my acne scars seem to have faded a bit. However, I wouldn't expect dramatic results from short-term use. I didn't have any major complaints, but the fading of scars isn't particularly noticeable to the naked eye. While the product shows promise for improving blemishes over time, it's important to manage expectations regarding visible results, especially in the short term. For those dealing with acne scars, patience and regular application appear to be key. - 4r********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJul 6, 2025
1. It deeply hydrates your skin, providing intense moisture. 2. Absorbs well into the skin. 3. The application is smooth and pleasant. Recommended for combination dehydrated skin or dry skin types (those with combination dehydrated skin might want to consider carefully) 1. I didn't experience any significant results. 2. After absorption, there's a slight oily feeling on the skin. - aa***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 6, 2025
It absorbs well and isn't sticky, so it seems great to use as a regular serum. The blemish marks just won't fade. I'm quite disappointed because it's supposed to be a scar-fading serum, but I can't see any improvement in the marks. Don't buy this hoping it will make your scars disappear. It's okay as a regular serum, but that's about it. As a Hwahae Tester, I'd say this product works better as a general serum rather than a specialized treatment for blemish marks. While it has a nice texture and absorbs well, it falls short in its primary purpose of fading scars. If you're looking for a basic serum for your skincare routine, this might suffice. However, if you're specifically targeting blemish marks, you might want to explore other options for more effective results. - eh******Dry SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 6, 2025
It's not as bad as I thought. With consistent use, it seems like it could help fade blemishes. On days when my skin is super sensitive, it tends to cause breakouts. The finish leaves a sticky feeling, which I'm not a fan of. This review highlights both positive and negative aspects of the product. The user finds it potentially effective for fading blemishes with regular use. However, they caution that it may cause irritation for sensitive skin and dislike the sticky residue it leaves behind. - ye******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityJul 6, 2025
It's wonderfully hydrating and I highly recommend it for dry skin! The way it absorbs seems pretty good too. The finish was a bit disappointing. Also, I didn't notice any reduction in blemishes. This review seems to be about a skincare product, likely a moisturizer or treatment. The user found it hydrating and suitable for dry skin, with decent absorption. However, they were not satisfied with the final feel on the skin and didn't see improvement in existing skin concerns. - hu**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 6, 2025
It doesn't miraculously erase all marks, but they seem to have faded a bit. It's a bit greasy... Not recommended for oily skin. Also, it has that distinctive madecassoside scent lingering, which I'm not a fan of. - ki**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 6, 2025
My blemish marks have faded and my skin feels fresh, moisturized, and not sticky at all. I don't really have any complaints. It's a solid choice that should work well for most people. - kr*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2025
It definitely makes my skin feel firmer and diminishes blemishes, giving me that brighter complexion I've been after. The only downside is the small amount - I have to use it sparingly, which is a bit disappointing. - k0**********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 5, 2025
I've been using this product for about 4 months now, and I must say it's quite impressive. The texture is not sticky at all, and it provides just the right amount of hydration. It absorbs well into the skin too. It's gentle, and with consistent use, you'll notice your blemishes starting to fade. When applied before makeup, it creates a great base for your foundation. I think it would work wonderfully as a daily serum. I'd especially recommend this for combination dehydrated skin types. The balanced moisture content is really nice. Now, don't expect miracles overnight. It's not going to dramatically fade your blemishes right away. You'll need to use it consistently for several months to see noticeable improvements. Also, I wouldn't recommend this for extremely oily skin types as it does have a slightly rich feel to it. I've noticed that applying it in the evening seems to yield better results. - ns*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJul 5, 2025
Unlike other serums, this one has a slightly thicker consistency rather than being watery. It feels more hydrating on the skin. After absorption, it leaves a greasy feeling. It's too heavy for oily skin types. Also, there's a burning sensation when applying, which causes redness on the face. I'd recommend the Mediheal Madecassoside Mask over the serum. Though they're likely made from similar liquids, the face mask feels much lighter and doesn't cause any burning sensation. While the serum itself has gentle ingredients, the mask is far less irritating. I've used about 10 sheets of the mask, and it seems to be helping fade blemishes.
