I've been using Menoquin Clear Moist Lift, and it feels like the perfect middle ground. While lift creams tend to feel quite heavy, this one doesn't have that weighted-down sensation, which makes it perfect for the current weather. It doesn't feel overly rich either. After applying it, the absorbs well and my skin texture feels noticeably improved. Plus, the glow it gives my complexion after makeup application is absolutely beautiful! To be honest, I'm not entirely sure about its calming effects on my skin. If I had to rate a standard lift cream as average, I'd say this is just a lighter version of Menoquin! When you first apply a thin layer, you might feel like your skin is dry. However, as time passes, your hydration and oil and moisture balance will build up naturally. It has that cleansing feel, but it absorbs beautifully and does something amazing for my skin! I used to find doing a face mask routine tedious sometimes, but now I use this instead and it's so convenient and effective. The absorbs well and the absorbs factor are both fantastic! Since it's a bubble type, it does seem to run out pretty quickly, but I wish the price point was a bit more reasonable, you know?

Hydration When I use this before makeup, it tackles that deep dryness and my skin texture actually improves just like the name suggests—like I've done a face mask. I'm using it regularly now! Sensitivity When my skin is feeling reactive, it does sting a bit. Now that things have calmed down, I'm using it well, but if you have super sensitive skin, you might want to be cautious. My skin tends to act up frequently, and during winter everything feels irritating and drying no matter what I apply. When I use this during those times, it stings quite a bit and my skin feels inflamed afterward. If you have super sensitive skin, definitely proceed with caution. It works amazingly well in the morning before makeup rather than at night.
